Lovely house in the safe and quiet location Fort Lauderdale, just 2 miles to the beach. 100% private patio pool area, A/C, parking for 3 cars, 55'' SmartTV with Netflix and Prime Video, Blu-ray player, free WI-FI and another 31'' SmartTV. Garden grilling with chaise lounge chairs and a fabulous mango tree.

IMPERIAL OASIS is a 1,600 sqft 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom + Den bungalow with lushly landscaped yard and a heated poll yard, surrounded by exotic flower wall, which ensures 100% privacy. You can enjoy an outdoor dining patio and grilling there, chaise lounge chairs, as far as a fabulous mango tree, serving hundreds of mangos every May and June. Covered car port + space for another 2 cars is available next to the house.

Please keep Imperial Oasis air conditioned at least at 75F (24C) during hot wet summer months, otherwise interior of the house will suffer from scolding. Also, please keep windows and doors always closed while air-condition is turned on, otherwise it suffers badly too. For safety please DO NOT use living room fire place. Imperial Oasis is used for residental purposes only and subletting is prohibited. No alterations, installations or re-decorating atre allowed. Please keep in mind quiet character of "Imperial Point". Excessive noise and/or disturbances to neighbors in this location may be grounds for immediate termination and/or forfeiture of monies. No daytime/nightime guests are permitted in Imperial Oasis without consent of manager.
