LOCATION
The villa is located approx.:-
5 mins by car to the bustling resort of Puerto del Carmen and the beach (Playa Chica next to the Fariones Hotel)
2 mins by car to to the local 18 hole golf course so the villa is an ideal base for keen golfers
9 mins by car to the upmarket marina of Puerto Calero
6 mins by car to the airport

A short walk from the villa into the village of Tias where there are tapa bars, shops, restaurants, banks, hairdressers, bakers, farmacias, doctors, big supermarket, petrol station, freezer shop, dentists, takeaway food shops, etc....

There is a small local bus from the village of Tias which runs on a regular basis to the old village of Puerto del Carmen and then back up to Tias.

Lidl ( on the outskirts of Puerto del Carmen) is open 7 days a week, and is 3 mins by car away from the villa. The local bus also passes by Lidl.

Mercadona in Puerto del Carmen is approx 5 mins from the villa.
Both supermarkets sell a variety of fresh fruit and veg, duty free goodies, meat, fish, charcoal for the bbq, etc....

The villa is situated in a prime location for keen walkers. There are several excellent walking trails close by.

Located away from the road making it a haven of peace and tranquility and very private.
There is ample roadside parking if you have a hire car.

Excellent communication with the owners from the very beginning and throughout. The villa had everything we needed to have a very relaxing holiday. It is well located with shops and restaurants within an easy walk.I would recommend the villa without reservation.

Just back after a week at the villa and didn't want to leave. The villa itself is spacious, clean, comfortable and very well equipped. The hosts Hazel and Adrian made you feel most welcome and only a message or phone call away if you needed anything(we didn't). The welcome pack has everything you could possibly need to start your holiday. Outstanding, we will definitely be back next year.

This villa had everything you could need, and more. The hosts were fabulous, nothing was too much trouble and they were always contactable. I would highly recommend this villa to anybody wanting a quiet relaxing holiday, in a place that really is a home from home.

This villa suited us perfectly for our four weeks in the sun.Spacious,comfortable with everything we could possibly need.So private and in a quiet location away from the crowds of nearby Puerto del Carmen,an 8 minute bus ride away.Local shops in Tias only a short walk away.Our hosts Adrian and Hazel are lovely,friendly people who maintain the villa and pool to a high standard.Highly recommended.aa 10

Fantastic Villa, Fantastic Hosts

Totally THE best villa we have stayed in, very well maintained and very well equipped, absolutely everything you could possibly need for a fantastic “home from home” holiday. Adrian and Hazel are superb hosts, made us feel extremely welcome - we arrived in the evening and there was a “bumper welcome pack” a very nice and welcome surprise. The villa is very peaceful and private, with spectacular sea views! Supermarket, bars, cafes and restaurants within 5 minutes walk and great bus service that takes you straight in to PDC. Great outdoor space, plenty of seating options, sun/shade and a super pool which was used every day. Thank you so much Adrian and Hazel, we will most definitely be back!

We had the most wonderful stay at this villa – spotlessly clean, beautifully equipped, and so comfortable. From the very first enquiry, Adrian and Hazel were outstanding hosts. Their communication was always clear, friendly, and so professional – nothing was ever too much trouble.The welcome pack they left us was unbelievably generous, meaning we didn’t need to set foot in a supermarket for days – such a thoughtful touch that made us feel immediately at home.Tías is a charming little town with great bus links to Puerto del Carmen, the capital, and other resorts, but we often found ourselves simply enjoying the privacy of the villa. The pool, outdoor seating, and gorgeous sea views made it hard to leave!Adrian and Hazel are truly exceptional hosts – warm, kind, and so attentive. We honestly can’t wait to return. No se como empezar la valoración, Adrian y Hanlez muy atentos y resomutivos en todo momento, lo mejor de alquilar edta casa, la parte de la piscina espectacular, la casa no esta mal pero necesita una reforma en las habitaciones, al entrar olian a humudad,y vlsro esta una da a parte de la cocina y no tiene ventilación y la otra tampoco demasiada, hemos pasado calor a lanoche no teniendo demasiada temperatura exterior, creo que la casa esta supervalorada, se paga mucho para lo que se tiene, y una ultima cosa demasiados cachartos y tratos que dan sensacion de dejadez, es una critica constructiva ya que pir experiencia en la isla y despues de estar en otras casas creo que se puede ayudar

Amazing Tias Villa

Over last 3 years we have booked this villa and due to Covid had to cancel twice. Adrian an Hazel are professional and extremely helpful. Reply within the day any questions asked. Villa is what it states on the tin - first class . Everything you need and more. Welcome pack a god send on arrival. Fantastic time there and one of the best we have booked.I would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Lanzarote. Near the airport but no noise and close to shops and various restaurants to enjoy in the village. Thank you Adrian and Hazel once again - Best hosts ever only a call away if needed x

A great holiday home in a quiet village location

best equipped holiday home we have ever stayed in and very comfortable. Beautiful pool area, stunning views, great welcome pack and just a 300m walk to a great bakery and a little further to supermarket and restaurants. Short drive (6km) to the coast. Hazel and Adrian, the owners were absolutely fab from booking to leaving. So sad to leave, we will return!

The most comfortable well equipped Villa, great quiet location, short 5 min walk to bars & well stocked supermarket. We didn’t bother with a car and taxi was €12 from airport, and only about €6 to main resort. Hosts were very helpful before and during stay. Fantastic welcome pack. Pool was lovely, pool towels and lounger cushions an added bonus. Every detail covered, sewing kit, bottle stops, games, loads of books, We will be back.

Lovely villa in stunning location. The beautiful home is exactly as described. It is very well equipped and Hazel and Adrian are lovely hosts. It has everything that you need for a relaxing stay. The food package is an added bonus which is very generous. Situated in a beautiful town with plenty of amenities and easy access to them. Magnifique villa

Superbe villa, spacieuse, très bien équipée, très propre et très confortable. Bien située, au calme et proche des commerces. Les propriétaires sont adorables, chaleureux et disponibles si besoin. A l’arrivée, un panier bien garni nous attendait (pain, jambon, fromage, beurre, confiture, eau, bière, vin, jus, café …) très appréciable :) La piscine est grande et très agréable, la vue sur l’océan est superbe. La cuisine est extrêmement bien équipée, nous n’avons manqué de rien. Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances. Un grand merci à Hazel et Adian pour leur accueil!
