Perfect Getaway

The house is in Flamingo Park Historic District, Less than 10 minutes from Ocean Drive, Worth Avenue, Mar-A-Lago. 2 bedroom 2 bath house with a great layout and perfect new pool to relax and unwind in. Large fully equipped kitchen. All utensils, silverware and dishes. Everything you need to cook and serve a great meal. The living/dining/entertaining area is a very large open space. The Bedrooms are separated by kitchen and conversation area with lots of privacy for couples traveling together or older children. The house is convenient to everything West Palm Beach has to offer. Great neighborhood for bicycle riding, walks to nearby restaurants, and City Place is a mile away. The new Palm Beach Outlets Mall is 3 1/2 miles from the house.

If you hate to grocery shop there is a new service in the area that will shop for you and deliver right to your door for a small fee. The house was in a great location for this trip. Close to downtown WPB, near the airport and a short drive to family. We were in town for the Thanksgiving holiday and had a fabulous visit.

Beautiful back yard & pool area.

We loved the property. It was spacious, had everything we needed & the location was great. Walkable to the Kravis Centre, Rosemary Square & the Convention Centre. The back yard & pool area was private, had beautiful plants & flowers. We hated to leave.

A friend and I spent a month at this property. It was a great place --spacious, well-appointed, very comfy inside...and HEAVEN outside. As for the hosts, they went above and beyond for us more than once. We were happy there every day! R.A.

A very comfortable home in an historic neighborhood with easy access to shopping and restaurants.

My husband and I stayed here with another couple for a month and it's laid out so that there's plenty of space and privacy. The living/dining room is large and comfortable. The kitchen comes fully equipped. The owners even provided some groceries for us to have when we arrived. We spent many hours enjoying the heated pool. The yard needs some love---there's debris is some areas. But overall we loved it and greatly appreciated the owner's immediate response whenever we had questions or needed something.

Clean, comfy, beautiful! STAY HERE! Better than expected!

We had a great stay at the Serendipity home. There were 5 ladies for the weekend and the space was plentiful with 2br 2bath, and a pull out sofa/ couches. Everything was extremely clean upon arrival, and we were impressed with the beauty of the home... Pictures do not do it justice!!! Bright and pretty, with a great location for West Palm beach and the Palm beaches. The owner was responsive by text for 2 questions that we had. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Appx $6ish to Uber to Clematis St area for dinner. 10 min drive to beach. 3 mins to grocery store. The home is much more spacious than we expected, and very pretty! We loved the backyard too, although we wished the pool was a bit warmer! I would highly recommend this place to stay, and would definitely book it again upon returning to West Palm Beach.

Cousin’s and spouses from Colorado & Louisiana met in West Palm Beach for a concert & stayed in this very comfy home. Had a great time and loved having a home to go to after our busy days out & about. The pool was a very nice touch. Excellent communication with the owners.

Flamingo Parks Delight

The house is spacious, well-appointed, and comfortable. The kitchen is large and well equipped--easy and convenient. The outdoor deck, brick patio, furniture, and attractive pool add greatly to the appeal of the property. The neighborhood, Flamingo Parks, is a beautiful and memorable historic district. The manager responded promptly and helpfully to any and every request we made.

Gem of a house in an absolutely beautiful neighborhood. Great layout and an oasis of a backyard, perfect for the kids and adults. Able to walk to a great park and City Line which the kids loved. We will definitely stay again!

West palm beach getaway

We had an excellent time! Great location and Judy was a great host. She made sure that my little ones had pool toys and beach toys so we didn’t have to worry about that. Also she gave us some great recommendations for beaches and restaurants in the area. It was exactly as expected. No issues at all I would highly recommend this property for a nice getaway. I have been visiting WPB for over 10 years and love being here, and especially this neighborhood. My husband and I ride motorcycles and like to go every time we get the opportunity. We have a large family so scheduling rides around a grandchild's birthday is a little tough.

Why they chose this property

I love this neighborhood and this house. The layout is perfect for separating at the end of the day. The bedrooms are far enough apart that you feel as though you are in different houses. The living/dining area is huge and open and allows a large group to be comfortable and never crowded.

What makes this property unique

Every spot in the house is a perfect spot to relax and read or watch tv or visit with friends. The back yard has a large brick patio around the pool and lots of seats for relaxing and enjoying the weather. The neighborhood is active and we like getting out either in the morning or afternoon to go for a long walk. Flagler Drive is close by and riding bikes or walking along the Intracoastal is nice.
