About this property

350’ from Chile Express lift! High Spd WiFi, Garage Prkng, 60' Flat Screen TV

Perfect location, in the middle of everything in Angel Fire; walk to the resort, to restaurants, to ski shops, or to the grocery store. Everything is close – and just a 1-mile drive to the golf course, basketball courts, and tennis courts.

Lift Cond C1 is a multi-level, 3 bedrooms 2.5 bath condo, with a one-car garage, two balconies overlooking Wheeler Peak, and a wood-burning fireplace. The Lift Condos are the Closest condos to Chilli Express ski lift.


BEDROOMS/SLEEPING:

Two Master Bedrooms with Queen beds in each. One Master opens to a deck, with seating and views, while the second opens to green space.

The third bedroom is a loft bedroom perfect for the kids with five twin beds.


BATHROOMS:

Two full baths and one half baths.


MASTER AREA:

The master living area is equipped with a dual recliner, lounge chair, coffee/game table, and a large sofa.

For entertainment, we offer a 60" flat-screen Smart TV (we do not provide our Roku or Firestick remotes. Please bring these items with you to enjoy your own Netflix, Sling, Prime, or Disney accounts.) We also have many board games, cards, and dominoes for your entertainment.

A cozy wood-burning fireplace is available for your use.


KITCHEN/DINING:

Our kitchen is fully stocked with all of the essentials.


PARKING:

When you get to the house, we have a garage to park your vehicle which you’ll appreciate in the winter. For your comfort use, the garage put your skis on or off or use it to store your bikes in the summer. The washer/dryer is on this level as well and ready for your use.

Additionally, we have a fold-away Ping Pong table in the garage for your use. We supply the paddles but please bring your own Ping Pong balls.




Winter Activities include Skiing, Snowboarding, tubing at Angel Fire Resort, or sledding at the Angel Fire Country Club. For snowmobile rentals, it's a short drive to Bobcat Pass.

Additional ski resorts of Taos, Red River Sipapu, and Santa Fe are an hour or less drive away.

Summer activities include Mountain Biking, frisbee golf or zip-lining on Angel Fire peak at 10,600 ft, UTV rentals in Red River, white water rafting on the Rio Grand River, or boating/fishing on Eagle Nest Lake.

Guests need to make sure the lock box code is accurate. I was sent the WRONG code in the instructions and we had difficulty getting in. Also, be aware that you are expected to haul your trash to a location in town that is far enough away that you will have to load it in your vehicle. Other than that, my family enjoyed our stay at the condo.

Ski Vacation with Friends

We’ve skied this area multiple times and love the Lift condos. The location is perfect with easy access to the slopes that gives that extra flexibility when you have multiple families vacationing together. The condo owner responded quickly to any questions we had and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.

Clean, easy to check in. Fits a family of 5 well. A bit dated in places and needs some love but not too shabby given price and location. The walk down is easy. The walk back up however can be a bit tiring to some.

Nice condo close to lifts

Our family did enjoy staying here. The property was clean and what we expected. My only suggestion would be to have more lights in all the rooms. Some of the overhead lights weren’t working and there aren’t any lamps which is needed at night. The condo does need updating but we enjoyed being able to walk to the lifts.

The host was helpful, was available, and was quick to answer questions. The code given to open the lock box was incorrect, but he answered when we called. We came in after dark , so that was appreciated. The condo was clean and comfortable with a good kitchen. Our problem was with all the levels and stairs. After coming in the front door, there was a flight of stairs to the level with the two bedrooms and baths. Then there is a flight of stairs to the living area, and then a flight up to the loft bedroom. Two of us are 79, and our two sons are 48 and 49. We are all active and it was tough to do for 5 days. This is on me--I never thought to ask, but it might help to put that in the description. The condo is really close to the Chile Express Lift, and it was an easy 5 minute drive to the lift parking lot to catch a quick shuttle. One of the private bedrooms has no heat in the room and shares heat with the other bedroom, but the garage was heated which was great for the boots and helmets. We had a great time, and I only mention all the stairs, because if you have a mobility issue, it might be a problem. I only skied one day , but I was up and down those stairs to drop off and pick up my skiing family.

Easy Access

C1 Lift Condo was close to the lift as described. We have small children so chose to drive to parking lot for shuttle bus drop off at the lifts. We enjoyed El Jefe as well as Morning Restaurant which was like a home cooked meal. Angel Fired Pizza next to the grocery store was our first stop then picked up our groceries and headed to Condo to settle in. We all had a great trip!

Perfect location

Location was perfect!!! We were so close to the lift that it made going back to the condo for lunch a breeze. The only thing we would have liked was for the fans in the loft to work. The loft was a bit warm to the point were our guest slept on the couch instead.

Close to lifts

The location was close to lifts. The check in process was easy but checking out was a bit confusing. There were different instructions for checking out from home owner and then instructions inside the home. Overall we had a great experience! The kids enjoyed the loft area upstairs! And the walk to the lifts was short. Parking at the property was pretty crowded, but to be expected since we were there during spring break for lots of people! Thanks for sharing your mountain condo with our families!
