Standing peacefully with excellent walks from the door, this holiday cottage is just 3 miles away from the coast.. 1 step to entrance.

Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds

Bathroom: Bath, Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and fuel for multi-fuel burner included. Travel cot and highchair. Welcome pack. Enclosed lawned garden with patio, garden furniture and barbecue. Garage parking for 1 car; additional private parking in driveway. Bike store. No smoking.. Located just 3 miles from the coastline, discerning guests will delight at this charming brick and flint cottage. It stands peacefully within the rural village of West Beckham, with it’s own garden, and offering everyday comforts yet the full of charm and character to provide a warm welcome. Located on one of the many interconnecting national cycle routes with excellent walking direct from the door.

The seaside town of Sheringham is 3 miles, with a sandy beach, headquarters of the North Norfolk Steam Railway, The Reef aqua leisure pool, cliff-top golf course and town centre with shops, cafés, and restaurants. Cromer is 6 miles, for promenade gardens, pier, sandy beach, Amazonia Zoo, and town centre. Discover the pretty Georgian market town of Holt, 4 miles. Explore the RSPB bird and nature reserves close by. National Trust Sheringham Park, Felbrigg and Blicking Halls are within easy reach. Blakeney Quay is just 10 miles away. Holkham Hall and excellent sandy beaches of Holkham and Wells-next-the-Sea are 19 miles. Take a day trip to Norwich for the theatre, cathedral, castle, museum and excellent shopping malls, or the famous Norfolk Broads for riverside restaurants and cafés, daily boat hire and river trips are an hour’s drive. Beach 3 miles. Bodham fishing lakes 1¼ miles. Shops 3 miles, pub and restaurant ¼ mile.

The cottage was just perfect. Everything you’d want and more. The essentials in the fridge, the eggs and the welcome drinks were just the cherry on top.

Beautiful cottage & location

Location, well equipped, fantastic sized rooms, plenty of towel’s, beautiful fire place with all you need to use it and extras if needed, lovely welcome pack and local pub was fantastic too, best cottage we have stayed in in 25 years , will definitely use again

Plus the addition of Christmas decorations. The property had all the features you need for any length of stay and perfect for any group. South View Cottage is wonderful! Fully equipped with everything you need for a warm, cosy and comfortable stay. The welcome pack is amazing and really helped us and the three small children (under 10) settle in immediately. We loved the log burner, toasty central heating, comfy beds and couch, and full mod cons. The location is lovely. It is a five minute drive to local supermarkets but this wasn't an issue for us in the slightest. There is so much to do in the area all within half an hour from the cottage. South View cottage, is in an excellent location to access many picturesque areas of Norfolk. The cottage is very well equipped, with everything you need for your holiday. We have stayed in many self catering premises over the years, but South View was immaculately clean, and a credit to Heather, the owner. Comfortable beds, tv, it really is a home from home, and the most generous welcome pack we have ever received. This is certainly one that we would highly recommend 5 stars. We traveled a long way to this cottage (we live in Scandinavia) and was relived to find it was totally worth the trip. The cottage was fairly priced, cosy and The owner had put such effort into the attention to detail with everything, it really could not be faulted. Spotlessly clean, good quality furnishings, a thoughtful welcome pack and accommodating approach. Plus Lovely wood burner for the evenings was The cherry on the cake. Hassle-free .The standard here is something I Would love to come back to.

One of the best cottages we have ever stayed in. We were even helped to find the cottage in the dark by our host. An amazing welcome package that goes above and beyond with home touches such as baby bath toys all ready to play with. Immaculate!

This is the second time we have stayed and it was just as good as the first.

This is the second time we have stayed and it was just as good as the first. The cottage is well presented, located in a small village about 10 mins from Sheringham. There is a pub in the village, more facilities can be found in Sheringham. The property is well presented with good comfort and equipment such as DVD player with a range of DVD's, Wi-Fi etc. The owner was kind enough to leave some essentials for us on arrival such as milk, bread, butter, eggs from her hens as well as some scones and beer and wine. Parking outside, at a squeeze you can get two small/medium cars on the drive.
