About this property

Bonita · Ideal Villa for Families and Couples

Located a 10 minute walk from Carvoeiro square, this villa is part of a small residential estate making it quiet yet close to the restaurants and bars the town has to offer. There are three bedrooms, the master being a double with en suite bathroom. There are two further twin bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom and there is a further shower room.



The lounge and dining area is spacious and fully equipped with satellie TV, wifi, log burning stove and comfortable seating. The kitchen is modern and fully fitted and there is a laundry area outiside.



Patio doors from the master bedroom and lounge lead to the terrace, private swimming pool and outdoor eating area. There is a very comfortable garden lounge set, dining table, large BBQ and a fabulous roof terrace.



The villa is well equiped for holiday rentals with hairdryers, pool towels and a safe provided. The private swimming pool is 8x5m. A car is not essential as restaurants, bars and shops are within an easy distance.



Overall, this villa is in an excellent positoin and is very well furnished, perfect for families or couples.



The pool heating has a extra cost, if you whish to have it on its necessary to contact us.

Just back from a great two week break, the villa is spacious & the outside pool area is lovely Just a suggestion, some lighting in the covered outside sitting area would be a great addition. Looking forward to our trip back next year!

Fantastic Vacation House

Perfect house and location with a nice walk to town and the beach. Pool was great with walls surrounding it to provide privacy and keep breezes to a minimum. Would go back anytime.

Lovely stay at Casa Bonita. Gorgeous pool in a quiet location 15 minutes walk from town. So many beautiful beaches nearby. We used Bolt for taxis which were quick to arrive and reasonably priced.

We had a lovely stay here. The villa was just perfect for what we needed. Lovely pool area with lots of places to sit and very spacious. It was less than 5 mins to get a taxi into townyou could walk in about 20. Katherine was so friendly and very responsive. She organised someone to come out immediately when we couldn’t locate the iron. Would highly recommend!

Great pool

Lovely pool, I'm glad I paid extra for it to be heated, the temperature of the water was perfect. Good location, short walk to the restaurants and beach, up a fairly steep road. Property had everything you need and more.

One of the best villas we’ve stayed in the Algarve

Case Bonita surpassed our expectations and we had a wonderful stay. The villa was spotlessly clean, impressively so. The pool was cleaned twice during our 9 nights stay and again was really well kept and clean. The villa was the most well-equipped we’ve experienced whilst in the Algarve, pretty much everything you could want was on hand. It was also larger than it looked in the photos and had plenty of space for us as a family of 4 adults and a child. 10 minutes stroll into Carvoeiro, nice quiet location to retire to at the end of the day. Will definitely return. Nothing I can think of, other than to suggest you use this villa as a benchmark for all others with regards cleanliness and how well equipped it is.

A great second visit to this property and cannot fault the amenities.

The pool, the air conditioning, the tidy and well kept grounds. Our cleaning service was excellent and our visit from the Elite Rentals lady was really nice. The shower head in the second bathroom was broken for our whole stay. There seemed to be some confusion over this but it didn't really impact our stay. Perhaps not have the fold up bed in the third bedroom as it takes up quite a lot of space.

Lovely villa - we would return!

Lovely villa for a family holiday, with a lovely outside and plenty of space and everything you need Not sure when the new system was installed but the pool heating not working was really disappointing, and whilst that was refunded, we did still spend half of our stay without hot water for showers! Do appreciate that it fell on a Friday Saturday and Sunday and they could not come out but it was a shame and my 84-year-old Mum definitely struggled with the cold showers You guys dealt with it very efficiently and realise it was not your fault for the delay.

Casa Bonita

We had a brilliant stay at Casa Bonita. We have been on many villa holidays and this was definitely the best-equipped villa we have stayed in. It didn't lack a single thing. Plenty to do in Carvoeiro and nearby. Ferragudo and Praia dos Caneiros are worth visiting and our 3 teenagers loved the waterpark at Splash 'n' Slide. My only 'concern' was the fact that we had several people call at the property during our stay, wanting to speak to the owner or selling 'charity' things. We also had someone drive to it and then turn back. This just made us rather cautious but didn't spoil an otherwise great week. Intermarche is a great supermarket if you have a car but we also discovered Super Favorito in the Monte Carvoeiro complex in the last few days which was very handy and has a great bakery.

Great location

Villa was very well equipped, clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the heated pool. It is in a quiet location but you can walk downhill to town and then get a taxi back for 5 euros. There are a couple of restaurants close by which are very good too. We love this area and will definitely be back.

Sehr gut, aber….

Casa Bonita ist ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus in guter Lage zum Ort Carvoeiro und zu den Ausflugszielen der Algarve. Es gab bzw. gibt ein Problem mit der Hauptsicherung. Durch die eher kühlen Temperaturen mussten die Heizlüfter im Haus regelmäßig genutzt werden. Hier kam es wiederholt zum Stromausfall. Wir haben das bei Elite-Rentals adressiert. Es kam auch sofort jemand, der aber keine sofortige Lösung hatte. Wir konnten die eine Woche damit leben. Es schmälert ein wenig den sehr guten Gesamteindruck des Hauses.

Lovely family and friend holiday.

Lovely property. 15 min walk from centre. Spotlessly clean villa. Good communication from the owners. Quiet neighbourhood, 10 min walk to a spar shop and a taxi to intermarche all easy to shop.
