The River View apartment gives you a great view of the confluence of the Yough, the Casselman and Laurel Creek. This is a 2nd story apartment, so you must be able to travel one flight of steps, but it provides a beautiful view and just this year we added a second story balcony which gives you this beautiful view with the privacy of your own deck. This apartment has a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a full bath. We also provide a secure storage area for your bicycles and kayaks. Sleeps 4 comfortably.

About diana l clapper
I'm nearing retirement age and was looking for a new path. I love the outdoors the river and people so this is my new adventure.
diana l clapper purchased this Apartment in 2015
Why diana l clapper chose Confluence
This property because of the view of the three rivers, they are in my back yard. I also love bicycling and the Alleghany Passage is just a few blocks away. You can ride as much as you like and see beautiful scenery on the whole trail without the worry of traffic.
What makes this Apartment unique
Everything is within walking or biking distance. The restaurants, grocery stores, the bike trail and if you like the rivers you have fishing and kayaking right off the back deck.

Everything was exactly as advertised. The rooms were very clean. The location was perfect for us to attend the Pumpkin Festival that was in progress and Diana was a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be back and recommend it to our friends.
Room was very clean and had great view. Diana was very accommodating with us with early check in when we arrived and we're going for a bike ride that afternoon.
We will almost certainly book rom again for next years annual bike ride from Pittsburgh to Confluence.
Cute place near lucky dog and rivers edge
Charming little upstairs apartment with full amenities. Comes equipped with bike storage, beautiful deck, coffee and coffee maker, dishware etc. awesome that you can adjust the ac unit and beautiful view of the river. One thing to notate though is that it's next to train tracks which are very alarming and loud all hours of the night. We actually loved it, but I think it's worth people knowing about so they don't come with certain expectations and then are upset with their stay. The only other thing I was a little bummed about was that for the price I was really hoping to have coffee on the deck and breakfast but I understand it's not a B&B. The owners son has mentioned coffee on the deck in the morning which is the only reason I was excited! We would definitely come again!
Sorry about the coffee on the deck we usually do it every weekend but I had a wedding to attend and didn't get back till later on Sunday. Hopefully we can make it up to you on another occasion. Thank you for your stay. Diana
We had a great stay. Diane and her son Troy was very accommodating to us. The apartment had everything we needed. It rained a lot, but we just went out and found things to do. We did get on the GAP and rode our bikes from Ohiopyle to Rockwood. We rode up hill almost 1/2 of it. The little waterfalls along the trail were a treat. The rain made the tumbling river below us appear to be very angry. Yes the trains are loud, but we used earplugs and were able to sleep well. The internet could have been better. Couldn't always get on when I wanted too. But that still wasn't no big problem for us. Would stay there again.
Beautiful location near Ohiopyle.
This was a perfect overnight location for my husband, son and myself. We went to Laurel caverns and Kentuck Nob the day we arrived at Confluence and the next day we went rafting in Ohiopyle. We rented a 2 bedroom one bath. There are 2 buildings on the property and they both have been totally renovated. The entire property was so charming, clean, and had a beautiful view right on the river. There is a very large deck to sit on that is a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the view. The owners were as friendly as could be, told us of a nice walk we could go on to get icecream and even brought their dogs out on the lawn because my son really wanted to play with them. We used the kitchen to cook a meal and everything we needed was there. We had booked one night but I wish I stayed for 2. I would definitely stay here again.
Beautiful and Comfortable
A beautiful setting on the river. Highly recommend staying here.
We stayed here while we were riding the GAP trail from DC to Pittsburgh. A great place to rest our legs.
We are 15 minutes from Ohioplye, Pa. a very popular whitewater rafting town and Ohioplye State park with many attractions including the natural waterslides, rock climbing and some amazing hiking trails.
