Southern Serenity III is our latest property acquired at Grande Bay Resort. Grande Bay was recently voted as the number one resort on St John. Most of that has to do with its location. Just a few steps from everything. It can be summed up this way: location, location, location!

We try our hardest to provide an absolutely spectacular one-bedroom condominium that provides for your every need. The living area is spacious with a sleeper sofa, chairs, flat screen television and beautiful paintings. The dining area shares the living area. The full kitchen is very well equipped with a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, toaster, blender and coffee maker plus everything you need to display your gourmet talents. The bedroom features a king bed with plenty of privacy, very large closet, its own television and a private balcony. But the most amazing thing about Southern Serenity III is the balcony - the perfect spot to enjoy your morning cup a java and take in the absolutely beautiful of St John's mountains in the background and the brilliant blue of the Caribbean just beneath your balcony. This will become your favorite spot on the island in no time.

Grande Bay Resort provides a fantastic swimming pool and pool deck to sunbathe. There is also a very large Jacuzzi. Our gym features the very best equipment for a good workout. Whatever you need, we have it to make your stay special.

Once you book, our management company will contact you and assist with any needs you have to make your vacation and visit to our island memorable. They can help you arrange for a jeep - which we recommend for the steep, mountainous roads on St John - or provision your condo, or answer any questions you may have about St John and are there 24/7 to assist you with special needs.

St John is unique among Caribbean islands in that 75% of the island is controlled by the U.S. National Park Service. That means that there are not rows and rows of hotels along our beaches, which is the primary reason our beaches are the best found in the Caribbean. There are as many as 75 little bays where you can snorkel, more than 20 exceptional beaches with wonderful sand, and numerous hiking trails up and down the steep mountains that bring so much beauty to our little island. We have traveled to almost every Caribbean island and none are as beautiful and tranquil as St John.

We provide everything to make your stay pleasant. We are stocked with linens and towels in the bath, beach towels, beach chairs, coolers and some floats, noodles and snorkel gear. If you do not have gear or don't want to pack it, there is a dive shop right beside the resort that rents gear. Paddleboards, kayaks, dingeys and even motorboats are all for rent in Cruz Bay.
