WELL-MAINTAINED HOME
We take pride in keeping our house feeling fresh for every guest. Since a full renovation 10 years ago, we've added new decks (2021), central air (2024), and new bedroom carpeting and a hot water heater (2026). We're always updating something! We give the house a thorough refresh every June, and a professional cleaning company handles all change-overs before each family arrives.

ALWAYS 100% BOOKED
We've rented every summer week for the past 25 years, with wonderful feedback along the way. Many guests return year after year — some for 20+ years running! We love that our home has become part of so many families' summer traditions on LBI.

UNBEATABLE LOCATION
Situated in the Beach Haven Gardens section of LBI, our oceanside house means no crossing busy Long Beach Boulevard to reach the sand — just 12 houses to our lifeguarded beach. It's a quiet neighborhood but close to everything: Howard's Restaurant, WaWa, Queen City Crust, Beach Bum Eatery, Marvel's Bakery, California Pizza & Grill, Spray Beach Bagel & Deli, The Beach House Restaurant, Delaware Ave Oyster House, Terrace Tavern, Elite Fitness, Fritzies Liquor, and The Boulevard Motel are all within a few walking blocks. The heart of Beach Haven, with Fantasy Island Amusement Park, Arcade, Thundering Surf Water Park, Mini Golf, and Bay Village shopping, is only a mile south.

WHAT'S INCLUDED
Each unit sleeps a maximum of 6 people (including children). 3 bedrooms (1 queen, 4 twins), with a full bathroom (tub), living room, full kitchen, dining for 6, and a deck with picnic table. You'll also have central air, a stackable washer/dryer, dishwasher, 2 TVs with DISH, parking for 2 cars, free WiFi, and 4 included beach badges (kids under 12 free). Out back: 1–2 propane grills, a seating area with fire pit, and an outdoor shower.

As with most Jersey Shore rentals, sheets and towels aren't provided — happy to recommend a few local companies that deliver them right to the house.
