EXCEPTIONAL 3-BED VILLA, VALE DO LOBO, HEATED POOL, EASY WALK TO AMENITIES

The Villa Augusta is a luxury three bedroom property, located within the heart of the 5* resort of Vale Do Lobo. It sits on a private plot with beautifully landscaped gardens, large south-west facing pool with ample seating, sunloungers & terraces including large roof terrace with gorgeous views for a sun-downer.

There is a large modern open-plan living room/kitchen which is a fully equipped home from home. The master bedroom has a super-king bed with en-suite (a walk-in shower and separate bath); and there are two large twin bedded bedrooms with bathroom. All bedrooms have TV’s with full SKY package including SKY/TNT Sports, fitted wardrobes and hairdryer.

WIFI, air conditioning/heating is included in price. All linen, hand and bath towels as well as pool towels are provided. There is a large gas bbq, washing machine, dishwasher and other kitchen appliances such as coffee machine, air-fryer, blender, juicer. Daily weekday daily maid service throughout your stay is also included.

Cot, high chair, playpen, change mat and bed guards are available upon request. There is also a number of children’s toys, games and inflatables for the pool and plastic plates, bowls, cups and cutlery for children.

If pool heating is required, there is an extra charge of £500 per week payable directly to myself. Unfortunately, due to high increase in energy prices and the size, depth of the pool, it is necessary to apply this charge to cover the expense.

We are resort members of Vale do Lobo enabling our guests to benefit from preferential golf rates, 24 hour Security & Reception. Our guests are also able to purchase ‘Resort Cards’. The benefits of the card includes; unlimited 24-hour use of the resort circuit bus, free entry, towel and sun loungers at the VDL resort swimming pool and discounts at the resort restaurants, gym, spa and tennis club. The cost of these Resort Cards is approximately 45 euro per person per week and available from VDL reception.
