Este espacioso apartamento dúplex de 3 dormitorios, desarrollado en 2014, puede alojar cómodamente a 6 personas con camas de calidad superior y amueblado con un alto nivel. Con su maravillosa y espaciosa terraza en la planta baja que incluye una piscina privada (para su uso exclusivo), aproximadamente 10 mx 5 m (profundidad 1. 4 m), no solo puede disfrutar de la natación sino también de la relajación junto a la piscina, cenas al aire libre con el uso de nuestra barbacoa o bebidas nocturnas . Great property exactly as described online. Have stayed in the area a couple of times so we knew what to expect. A short downhill walk into town with plenty of taxis to get you back as the uphill walk is rather steep.

Lovely apartment, very spacious and comfortable with a lovely outside pool area and seating. Very easy booking supporting smooth transfers and information about the surrounding area. We struggled a little with walking in the surrounding area which are quite hilly only because of mobility issues with a party member. However, taxis are easily available and a cheap way to travel so this was not an issue.

A wonderful holiday

We had a lovely holiday at Elif Bahce, having just returned from a two week stay as a family of 5 with two teenagers and one younger child. Cleanliness of the apartment can’t be faulted, plenty of space and good size bedrooms with a lovely view from the balcony. Kitchen was well maintained, clean and included all we needed in terms of crockery and cutlery. All seating areas more than sufficent for our stay.Outside was amazing, the patio, pool and surrounding gardens were exactly as described. The walk up the hill was a bit challenging in the heat but we decided against taxis! Kalkan itself is a lovely town, quieter than previous we’ve stayed at in Turkey, but a gorgeous harbour and plenty of restaurants to choose from - so many that we’ll have to come back to experience some more of our to do list at Kalkan!Definitely recommend a boat trip for every guest at the apartment and a meal at Nova! Kelly was amazing with all her help before the holiday and always responded quickly to any questions with a great knowledge of the area - we look forward to coming back soon!

Awesome stay in beautiful Kalkan

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Elif Apartments. It’s an extremely well-equipped and comfortable house with three very well sized bedrooms and two lovely bathrooms all based around an extremely spacious kitchen / living / dining area. The interior of the apartment is very well decorated and clean. The centrepiece of the place however is the sizeable pool which was very much needed in the Kalkan heat. With multiple sun loungers and seating areas and a lovely BBQ area it really is the perfect family sunshine gathering place - we miss it terribly now we are home. Well located around 10 mins walk down the hill from lots of lovely restaurants and bars, and around 20 mins from the harbour, Elif Apartments is very efficiently placed without being too close to the hubbub of the town. There are supermarkets a short walk away and all the taxis and delivery drivers know the place. Lastly, both Kelly in England and David in Kalkan are wonderful representatives of the facility and were always extremely helpful and communicative when we needed them. We absolutely loved our time at Elif Apartments and would love to go back one day.

Exactly what we needed

We had a wonderful time at Kelly's property. Communication throughout the whole process was excellent. We were picked up at Dalaman Airport and delivered to the front door in our pre-booked transfer. When we arrived, the place was spotless and the pool very inviting. I think the pool is the main selling point. Having your own private pool, and no fighting for sunbeds, in the August heat is a godsend. The garden provided shady spots, when required. Everything in the apartment was fully functional and we were able to self cater easily. We would definitely come back, maybe in June or September for slightly cooler weather. Some tips based on our stay Location - From the apartment, Kalkan's restaurants and harbour are accessed down a very steep hill. A walk back is only for the ultra fit. Taxi's are plentiful. Taxi's - most drivers will give you their card. This gives you the ability to book direct from the apartment using WhatsApp. Shopping - Migros is the nearest Supermarket, about 10 minutes walk downhill. However, its uphill all the way back. There are three nearer alternatives, which are a local butcher, greengrocer and BIM supermarket. Restaurants - In the high season, good tables on the rooftop restaurants need to be booked. Best to do your research and book a couple of days in advance. Using WhatsApp is easy, always ask for the "best table". Our recommendations, in no particular order, were Chata, Korsan Fish Terrace, Sade, Coriander, Olive Garden & Blue Sea Terrace.

Excellent Property - lovely holiday - great town

The property is excellent. Everything you need for a holiday. Pool is fantastic as well as lounging outside area and furniture. Inside is modern and very well kept. Location is c15 min walk to pedestrian Kalkan but £2 taxi back up the hill. Location means very quiet area, no traffic and night time noise but easy access to shops and plentiful restaurants. We don’t hesitate to recommend and really hope to return. Owners communication is outstanding and in resort support also very helpful.

Wonderfull holiday accomadation & Location

Property is of a high standard, well presented and tastefully decorated. There is plenty of space for a family of 4, both inside and outside. There was a welcome pack with milk bread, butter, jam provided which was so helpful. A cleaner cleared up the outside and cleaned the pool regulary, and any issues were delt with quickly by the local contact David Smyth, whose local knowledge was invaluable. He also arranged taxi's, trips and recommended restaurants. Eating out was a delight as not only was the food of a high standard, the welcome given always so generous. There are local shops within 5 mins walk, and you can reach the harbour in 20 mins. However we took a taxi back due to the steep road to the appartment and the heat! There is plenty of information about Kalkan provided in the villa. Kelly the property owner communicated quickly and provided excellent tips to make this an outstanding family holiday!

A beautiful haven

First time we have booked an apartment independantly and it was made so easy by Kelly as she answered my queries promptly. Kalkan is beautiful and built around a bay. The apartment is a walkable distance from the town but you may want to get a taxi back up (they are very cheap). The apartment itself is beautiful, spacious and clean with very comfy beds. The kitchen has everything you need and a welcome pack awaited our arrival which was greatly appreciated. There is a contact who can be contacted if you need anything. We needed a bittle of water for the dispenser (it arrived very promptly). The decor and furnishings were modern and looked new. The outside area was lovely. The private pool was a delight - a constant depth of around 4 ft and is surrounded by plenty of patio space (different areas getting sun and shade at different times of the day). The sun loungers were comfy as they had nice thick cushioned covers. The nearest supermarket is a short walk down the hill and has pretty much everything you will need. We loved our time here (our first trip to Kalkan), we could not fault the apartment and would most definately return.

Perfect holiday

This is our second visit to Kalkan staying in this perfect apartment. It has all the required amenities and since we visited last they have added a new sunbed area which is great. Kelly the owner arranged the transfers to and from the airport for us . Kalkan has everything you need in reaching distance a wide range of restaurants and bars to cater for all tastes and it where the Turkish go for a holiday so very traditional food. David who is the local agent was great he arranged water for the machine he was very helpful. There was a welcome pack when we arrived which had a few essentials to start us off and the local shops are great and in walking distance, the hill up to the apartment is great to burn off all the lovely food you eat. All round great holiday and highly recommended we will be looking to go back again next year.

Excellent family accommodation

This is a great family apartment, although the privacy offered and the large family pool does make it feel more like a villa. We had loads of space, the apartment was well equipped, beds were comfy, outside seating areas extensive, and the bonus of water delivered to our door. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Elif Apartments and would return. Kalkan itself was great, with plenty to do for all ages. I think we’ll need to come back as we didn’t manage all the sights and so many more restaurants to try.

Family Kalkan stay

We had a holiday to remember, as the temperatures soared we were able to dip in the pool at our leisure. Plenty of space and outdoor living options made for an enjoyable stay. Air conditioning in all rooms was a major plus. When you are out and about the local restaurants are excellent, people are genuine and organised day trips were well worth it and great value for money

Beautiful Apartment

Just returned from another fabulous 10 days in Kalkan, this time at the beautiful Elif Apartments. The Apartment itself was lovely, bright, spacious and very well appointed with everything you need for a relaxing holiday in the sun. The pool was great, large enough for a swim and cool enough to cool down after a long day spent in the sun. We have stayed in quite a few apartments/villas in Kalkan over the years and this was certainly one of the best. Thank you Kelly for letting us stay and hope we can return soon!!

Beautiful apartment, more like a villa!

We had a lovely 2 weeks at Elif apartments. With a fantastic outdoor terrace and our own private pool, it felt like we were in a villa! The weather was really hot when we were there so the large pool was a welcome relief from the heat, as was the water cooler! Although Turkey isn't normally inclusive in UK mobile phone plans, nearly everyone there (restaurants, local contact, taxis) uses Whatsapp to communicate, which with WiFi made it easy and 'free'. We used Adem, the local contact, a few times to replenish the water, which was done really quickly. The kitchen is well equipped for eating in (which we did a few times) But equally there are many great restaurants in Kalkan which we ate at, our favourite was Mussakka. Although Kalkan is very 'hilly, taxis are cheap (around £2.50) and plentiful. The Thursday market, which is just down the road is also worth a visit, for all your 'Genuine Fake' goods! All in all a great holiday in a superb apartment.

A lovely modern apartment with plenty of space indoors and outside.

Just returned from a lovely holiday in Kalkan. Kelly’s apartment suited us perfectly being a family of 6, spacious inside and out with a lovely private pool. The pool and outside area were maintained daily during our stay. The apartment is clean, modern & surprisingly spacious. Walkable distance from the town and supermarket. This was our fist trip to Kalkan and was also our first holiday away just the two of us. We chose this apartment based on the previous reviews and also the views in the photos and we was not disappointed. Kelly arranged the transfers from the airport for us and they were waiting with some water which was needed, The transfer time was about 1hr 30 plus a 15 minute stop at the cafe on route which was very nice. On arrival at the apartment there was a welcome pack in the fridge which we have never had before and this had all the items you needed to get you started. The apartment was very clean and well laid out and the pool was just perfect. Kalkan town was very nice and there is some very nice restaurants and it seems that the whole area has not been spoiled still yet very traditional food. The walk down and up from the town is not for the faint hearted but was nice after a nice meal to walk off some of the food and drink. We will defiantly be going back next year and can highly recommend this fantastic apartment

Spacious, well equipped, clean, well located and very comfortable!

We've been to Kalkan many times and stayed in many different places but this ranks as one of our favourite. There were 3 of us so we had plenty of room to spread out but there's ample room for 6 people. The apartment is very light, spacious and well furnished with a good selection of equipment, books, games etc. The beds were incredibly comfortable which is important and the air con worked well. Outside there was always sun or shade and the sofas with the large parasol was one of our favourite places to sit in the heat of the day. The pool was a good size, not cold and plenty of room to swim lengths. We were a bit concerned it might be a bit far out of town but we needn't have worried and the location is very peaceful. It's a 5 minute stroll to Migros which is an excellent supermarket, 10 mins to the town and 15 to the harbour. We always walked in and got a taxi back, which are still very good value. Kelly was friendly and helpful with our booking and always replied promptly to us. She kindly arranged our airport transfers which went smoothly and the drivers were very good. Adem (local maintenance team) was very efficient and sorted out any queries quickly also arranging for fresh drinking water to be delivered when we ran out. Thank you Kelly, we loved your apartment, can highly recommend it and hope to stay again on a future visit.

What a fabulous all round holiday

The apartment is superb with everything to a very high standard and everything you could want and need on holiday. The outside area is super with the very comfortable sun loungers, table and chairs and a corner suite just right for drinks before you go out to eat . The town of Kalkan is unlike other places we have been to in Turkey, much less fake hussle and busel and much more high quality restaurants all with there own take on Turkish food. We ate in 6 different retaurants any one you would be pleased to return to. We hired a car as in October the roads are not that busy, it was great allowing us to easily visit the local beaches and ride up into the mountains behind the resort All in all a great week and I am sure we will return

Lovely apartment in Kalkan

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment in late August. The location is very quiet but not too far to walk to the local supermarket and old town of Kalkan. The apartment was spotless, very well maintained and equipped with everything you could think of, including a washing machine which was a bonus! The pool is a very good size and was enjoyed by our boys for several hours each day. There are several seating areas around the pool and on the first floor balcony which were great. Would highly recommend this apartment for a great, fun family holiday.

Amazing apartment in Kalkan!

Spent a lovely relaxing week at this Elif apartment in September. The duplex apartment is beautiful with all mod cons provided. It is very spacious and comfortable, easily accommodates 6 people although we were only 2! There is a lovely spacious patio with sunbeds and a table for al fresco dining by the pool, which is solely for the use of apartment clients ( something you never get with holiday lets !) A 10 -15 min walk takes you down to the town of Kalkan where there are numerous restaurants serving beautiful and reasonably priced food. There are also a couple of supermarkets nearby catering for all your needs. Owner Kelly is very helpful and arranged taxis for our airport drive. Would certainly recommend this accommodation and would love to go back again.

Amazing pool

We come to Kalkan most years and have stayed in a variety of properties in this beautiful place. Kellys is comfortably and practically furnished with brilliant mattresses (not often the case in holiday rentals). The apartment offers exceptional value and fantastic space when compared to the cost of a villa and is in a good location to walk to town. The highlight for us was the pool in this property, it is private to the apartment and is big, even compared to villa standards. A basic welcome pack is provided, ensuring no emergency dash to the super market on arrival. We certainly would book this apartment again.

We had been considering a holiday home for some years but had never quite found the right location for us. After our first visit to Kalkan we fell in love with the area and knew that this was a place that we would be happy to visit time and time again

One of the outstanding features of this apartment is the outdoor space including pool (approx 10m x 5m) which is for your sole use and not shared by any of the other apartments. The large terrace easily accommodates 6 sun loungers with areas of both sun and shade which makes it perfect for sun worshippers and those that like to take some shade from the hot Turkish sun. You also have the added benefit of an outside seating area, bbq, dining table and sofa area for reading
