Fantastic villa! We loved our stay here. Fully equipped kitchen, very clean, we loved cooking on the BBQ every night, would be great if there were a few BBQ utentsils. Ibrahim was always on hand if we needed him. Perfectly quiet area at the time of year we were here, super close to bars and supermarket and only a 10 minute walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again, we love Kalkan. Thank you

We loved the area . Having been to kalkan many times we would definitely stay here again. Plenty of amenities close by.The villa was spotless inside. It would be better if the outside was kept cleaner including the pool. Also some basic ingredients would be better. And more tea towels.we stayed two weeks and there wasn’t any spare bedding .I don’t want to sound negative but these are only little things it won’t stop us from staying again.

Amazing Villa

Villa Manadlin is stunning and would highly recommend staying here. It is set over 4 floors with separate room / annex on bottom floor next to pool (we did not need to use this). Enough loungers at pool with very comfy padding - plus space in sun / shade to relax. Views from top terrace over Kalamar Bay are stunning. 20 min walk to Kalkan although the walk back up is a killer with the hills(but you can get a taxi).although

Lovely villa

Everything was first class making it lovely holiday.if we have to give little feed back the issue of not having a contact number for the host prior to our arrival would have made us feel more reassured due to flight delays and directions to the villa when arriving somewhere we are not familiar with late at night. We had a great holiday would definitely return to same villa. Thank you.

Beautiful villa, amazing views

We have had an amazing stay in this beautiful villa. We loved the pool, all the outdoor space was fantastic. We spent evenings on the roof terrace watching the sunset. The villa was clean. The kitchen had all utensils etc we required. Communication with the host was excellent. He was there to meet us when we arrived very late at night. The location of the villa is a 20 minute walk into town. However there are lots of lovely restaurants so close that we didn’t feel the need to go into town every day. We have had amazing food at all the restaurants. The supermarket is a 20 second walk from the door. We highly recommend this villa and would definitely rent it again.

Perfectly as advertised!

The photo's certainly do this property justice! It is a large villa with plenty of room for 8 people if required, for me it was just my family of 4 so it was perfect. My 18 year old son had his own apartment downstairs so he definitely wants to return. The views from the Villa are incredible and we spent many an evening with a good book and a cold drink looking out over the bay. The villa manager was excellent, there were one or two things that we needed sorted out and he was on-site within an hour each time to get the job done, I could not have asked for more! If you are going in July/August then a car is a must but there is a mini supermarket within 30 seconds walk which covers most of what you need. In the other direction there are excellent restaurants. The walk down to the bay is a bit of a challenge and needless to say the hike back up is too but great for an early morning fitness walk!
