We loved our stay at The Little House On The River. The location was perfect and the house was very clean & had everything we needed. I love that the house is pet friendly, we took our 14 year old blind dog on what will probably be his last vacation & he loved it. We brought our goboats and were able to tie them right off the dock when we weren't using them, my son preferred to use the provided kayaks though. It was amazing to see a few manatees right off the dock. If I ever return to Florida I would definitely rent this house again.

We had an amazing time, the house is in the perfect location and was very clean! The sunroom is such a nice spot overlooking the water! Tina was very quick to respond and answered any questions we had! I would rent again!

We are repeat visitors to this amazing house on the river. Everything you need is available at this house, plus it's a great spot on the main river. The only thing you need to bring is your food and get ready for some river fun. Tina is an amazing host and responds quickly if needed.

The backyard was the best part! The only thing I did not like was the steps going to the bedrooms. But it's an older home, you kinda expect that. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here

The house was perfect!!! Best value for the money in the area. All the amenities you could need in the river. Sitting on the dock watching manatees float by all day was sooo cool. Used the kayaks almost every single day!! Tina is a pleasure to deal with!!! We will be back ASAP!!!

Nice home with a nice location. Plenty of Kayaks to choose from. We loved the bench swing, and the large Sunroom/ Family Room. The restraunt near this home called the Lazy Lizard had the BEST burgers! We would definitely rent again.

Great location and super cute house. The stairs were a little precarious but the lighting made it safer. Loved watching all the wildlife swimming by and we saw several manatees at hospital hole on our kayaks.

Stairs are steep. Step down out of the tub is misleading so be careful. If you can get over those two items the place is amazing. Well stocked in the kitchen. Bedrooms are large. We saw manatees and dolphins. Dock is good for getting in and out of kayaks. Not quiet as there is a lot of kayak and boat traffic but it was a busy weekend. Highly recommend, we had a wonderful stay and experience

Such a great place to watch manatee in the morning and the tourists in the midday! You are right on the river and the house has things you forget like beach towel, folding chairs, everything we needed to cook while there.
