This 2nd floor unit is directly in front of the ocean on the south end of Jaco Beach.

There are several restaurants within very close walking distance like Aloha restaurant and The Tiki Restaurant. And its a beautiful 10 min walk along the beach into town.

There's no question this is one of the best values in Jaco. I will be happy to assist you in booking your accommodation and suggesting options for airport transportation, booking tours, etc. I can also give you a list of fun things to do.
Private balcony to enjoy great sunsets, the location couldn't be better for enjoying the beach. Book it while you still can.

Fantastic place to stay

Great little complex to stay, very friendly and safe. David was great to deal with - will definitely be back again. Perfect for a single person or couple.

Great location!

This was a wonderful rental. The pool was great and the location was perfect for us. David was responsive to our questions and solved issues quickly. We would rent this again.

Winter get away

Wife and I got away from cold weather found heaven . Great location perfect view of the ocean . Met great people going back next year . David was great owner answer all my questions fast . My advice if couple wants to get away stay here . Thank you David

Great place and good deal

I really enjoyed staying at Mar Arena, this apt is every bit as nice as the photos seem! It's spacious, cozy and has everything you need. The owner is so helpful and quick to respond to any inquiries or messages. You are right on the beach, which is great. I was able to work remote and enjoy surfing and the Pura Vida life. I enthusiastically recommend.

Lovely

Beautifully maintained grounds and right on the beach (small road in front). Long flat beach with gentle waves perfect for beginner surfers. Neighborhood has lots of small restaurant/bars as well as close by shopping. We had a car, but if you don't mind walking, could get what you needed in close proximity. Check in was a little tricky but David was quick to answer all my questions.

Es gab keine "Erfahrung" mit diesem Mietobjekt, war für mich das 1. Mal. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet, gibt div. elektrische Geräte, aber keinen Backofen..... gebrauche keine Microwaves.

In Escrow

Came for a few days to check out a property I am in escrow with. Block up the street. Meet some forever friends snd neighbors. Maybe get some candles and lighter. Lightning storm was amazing. Even in the dark.
