So, The property is in need of upgrade, ants and cockroaches found regularly at the premise. Kitchen faucet leaking, head shower in a newly updated bathroom had no pressure water whatsoever, pots and pans very mediocre, cutlery poor quality, dull knives, etc. The hammock on the porch torn and dirty and broken and not usable. The AC was GOOD, internet signal strong, vicinity of the beach excellent, however not swimable at all and without any risk warnings of the RIP currents, that are significant and the management should put a visible sign of it and should be placed in front of the bungalows, entrance of the beach.
Also, we are happy with the Hugo’s help and guidance while we stayed there.
WE stayed for 21 days and the bed sheets were never offered to be changed. The barbecue was dirty and poorly maintained and we did not use it once and was placed inconveniently on the ground floor, etc.
We like the area, security of the premises and quietness. We give 7.5 out of 10.
