Villa Ceppeto new restored up to 6 w/ Tesla Charge
Villa Ceppeto has been the ideal place to stay in Tuscany since 2004 and now it has also been renovated.
There are two new apartments with an incredible view that you will fall in love with and will be eager to return: Nest and Arches that together can accommodate up to 6 people. The first on the ground floor without stairs and the second with a few steps.
Three double bedrooms (one on the ground floor and two on the first floor), three large bathrooms with “walk in” shower, smart TV system with Sky, Netflix, Prime included. Cooling floor on the ground floor. High-speed Wi-Fi included.
The induction kitchens with the hood incorporated into the hob, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer complete the equipment for cooking when you don't feel like going out to one of the many typical restaurants where you can eat a nice Fiorentina or a gourmet Pizza.
The swimming pool immersed in the greenery of the park among the scents of seasonal plants, birds singing and the melodious ringing of bells.
Monte San Savino is also well known for its top quality restaurants.
More than 4 supermarkets within a three minute drive open 7/7.
The location is strategic: Villa Ceppeto is located on the edge of Chianti Classico, a few minutes from Cortona (Under the Tuscan Sun), Arezzo (Life is Beautiful), Montalcino, Montepulciano, San Gimignano ... and of course Siena and Florence.

La casa è in divisa in tre appartamenti forniti di tutti i comfort di cui avete bisogno
La casa è in divisa in tre appartamenti forniti di tutti i comfort di cui avete bisogno. I bagni grandi e comodi così come i letti e camere. La vista sul paese ed essere immersi nel verde rende il soggiorno rilassante e piacevole. Ad un ora di macchina si può raggiungere Siena e a soli venti minuti Arezzo, città che vale la pena andare a vistare. Gli Host sono stati disponibili e cordiali in tutto, dalla fase della prenotazione ai consigli dati sul posto su dove andare e cosa vedere. Se doveste andare in inverno consiglio di chiedere di far scaldare la casa prima in modo da arrivare la e trovarla calda, ma in ogni caso si scalda velocemente e soprattutto tanto. Soggiorno più che positivo, se in futuro dovessimo tornare in zona non esiteremo a ricontattare i proprietari!
