Cute, Clean and Pup Friendly!!!!

Come visit our coastal home. Mi casa es su casa. NO cats!!! It is a one story cottage, with no one above or below you. Free parking. New Lattitude has a pool and hot tub. Free Wi-Fi. Dish satellite and flat screen tvs. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. The kitchen is fully equipped and grandma approved. We are 0.7 miles from The Hangout (the main hub downtown). Bring your bikes, your dog, your kayak, or just a book. No matter what, we know you will love it here. It has been recently renovated from top to bottom in an industrial/retro/beach chic. Hurry! Get off your couch and get down to the Gulf!!! (The voice of the sea speaks to the soul.)

Great apartment

The property was exactly as described. Very clean and comfortable. Upgraded to a really high standard. A short walk to the beach and several places to eat. Good communication with host.

Perfect beach vacation

We had a great time during our stay! The condo was located right across the street from a public beach access point and close to several restaurants and shops. The blackout curtains were a nice touch for midday naps!

Perfect Getaway!

We loved our stay here! Clean room and clean location. Beach was a very easy walk across the street. Located right in the hub of Gulf Shores making it easy to get wherever you need to go! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great Vacation Spot

Everything was very clean when we arrived. It is in a very convenient location for pretty much everything you would want to do. Beach access right across the road was great. Would definitely recommend this place for any friends.

We loved this little condo! It was great for our family. We had everything we needed for the week. Our kids loved the pool and hot tub. Very clean and cute place! We have no complaints.

Perfect Location

Excellent location, clean, comfortable and great amenities. I loved the pool right outside our door and window for the kids. Everything we needed was here and would come back for sure.

Great Family Getaway!

We had a awesome time on a vacation at paradise Isle. The property is clean and well maintained. Conveniently located close to down town. Pool was always in good shape and clean. It was also great for our dog! Overall a great stay and we can’t wait to come again!

Very nice place

My husband and enjoyed our stay. The place was exactly as described. Walk across the street and you had a public beach access and bathroom. We could not have asked for better weather. We would book this place again. 🏖️🌊☀️

Great Location

Great Location near the beach. Check in process is a little off as they don’t send you access to rental until the day you travel so makes for a nervous drive there. Most places give you instructions and then tell you not to arrive until a certain time. All in all a great place to stay. The dog area usually has vehicles parked in it so makes it tougher to take your dogs out. Second stay and would stay again though.

Perfect for a family!

Pictures represent property accurately. Nice place for a family with bunk beds. Location. Is perfect- 3/4 mile from the Hangout. Being able to walk to the corner of property and be at a crosswalk was great. Our trip was cut short due to weather but we will be back next year! Thank you so much!

Vacation 2023

Loved the location, the property, the unit. I had not been to the area in just over 20yrs it was good to return though it is nothing like it was then. Had a great time despite the heat. Will definitely keep this place in mind for future planning to the area. I did reach out to Jennifer a couple of times with no response, however it was not an urgent matter & was able to resolve with the property's office. Overall, yes would definitely book here again!!

Paradise Isles unit 3

Before we started are trip from Minnesota, we attempted to reach out to Jessica the Host to no Avail. We left voicemails and text her, messaged through VRBO and never did she return our attempts. Other than that the key was autogenerated so everything was there when we got there..great location. Microwave did not work but other than that cute place. Very fun area.

Exceeded expectations, would book again

Pros: Right across the street from public beach access. Close proximity to shopping, grocery stores, restaurants. Quiet. Provided all the essentials we needed for cooking, laundry, loved that the kitchen was equipped and that it had washer/dryer. Comfortable king sized bed. Homey feel and very nicely decorated. Neat, organized and very clean. Good price. Loved that it was pet friendly. Convenient parking. One con: Two options for a deposit: Option 1 is pay an extra $50 (non- refundable) deposit for insurance Option 2 is pay $1,500 (refundable) deposit. We didn't mind paying the $1,500 since it would be refunded although this seemed very high compared to other rentals. But we were unhappy that it took 2 weeks to receive the return. Overall, we were happy guests and would book this place again.

We were in the area to visit friends. The VRBO was excellent. We would definitely stay again! Our friends also visited us at the vrbo for a visit. They liked it too! If we are in area again, definitely book it again!! Great communication with host and very clean. Thank you

I have passed by this property many, many times over the years and it has just spoken to me. I always said that if I had the opportunity, it would be my first condo. Much to my surprise, it all worked out! and here we are!
