offering stylish interior and fantastic location close to the historical center and the beach.

This 4-storey house is in a quiet street in Barceloneta and can accommodate up to 10 people in 3 double beds, 2 bunk beds, 1 single bed and 1 sofa bed. Two double rooms are en-suite. The room with bunk beds connects with the upper floor where is the single bed in a mezzanine area and another double bedroom. All bathrooms have a shower (4)
In the ground floor you will find the living room with the kitchen.

There is a baby cot and a high chair available upon request.

Very nice property. All bedrooms had bathrooms and was perfect for our three couple trip. Host was nice and allowed to store our luggage in the morning so we could go on our tour.

We had a great stay—this place was clean, in a fantastic location, and just as described. The host was an excellent communicator and made everything easy. The layout was a little awkward for our group, but we knew that going in.

Great neighborhood feel, relaxing stay.

Excellent location with many architectural sites, markets, and beach within east walking distance. Plenty of room for the whole family. Host very responsive to requests and advice about local businesses & restaurants.

Fun Stay in Barcelona

We had a great time at this stay. We are a family or 5 and had loads of space, were close to many things, including the beach. The host was highly responsive to any questions or requests. I would definitely recommend here

Family Vacation

Summer Break

Nice place, but many stairs going up to the bedrooms with no railings. Would not be good for elderly people . Property manager very good about responding back with concerns /questions.

Barceloneta Stay

There were enough bedrooms for 6.5 people, the only gathering place was on the 1st floor, the bedrooms are on 2-4. Beds were very hard and just enough towels. Fridge was old and barely cooled milk.

Beach Area

Great place for our stay in Barcelona. Everything is within walking distance, restaurants, food stores, metro. Great fun walking to the beach for the sunrise over Barcelona. As was noted in other reviews it is a four story house so there are a lot of stairs but it was not a problem for us. May be an issue if you have a car because parking was at a premium but we used the metro everywhere we went. I would recommend this place and the area of Barceloneta for a stay in Barcelona.

Great location for the Mitja Marató!

We were a group of 8 travelers from Chicago and Denver that came to Barcelona for the Mitja Marató / Barcelona Half Marathon. We picked this location due to its proximity to the start corrals. Couldn’t have asked for a better location. Right by the metro, great dining and nightlife, short walk to the Barri Gótic and major tourist attractions, and an excellent prerace running path along the beach! The apartment itself was great! We didnt realize we had all 3 floors all to ourselves, and everyone had their own bed and space. Angeles and her team were super responsive with all our questions and check-in was really easy. A minor issue with keys was resolved quickly. We’d definitely stay again, esp if we come back for future races. Muchas gracias por todo!

Great location & basic needs met

Our family spent a lot of time searching for the perfect location which wasn't too far from the gothic quarter or the beach and this was just that. We absolutely loved the neighborhood and how easy it was for us to explore the beaches and the city from there. The house itself had all of the basic necessities we needed but there were a few drawbacks. 1- shower stalls were really tiny. We managed as smaller people, but it could be problematic for an oversized person because they all were built the same. 2- The beds and pillows were subpar. By the last night we were sleeping with pillows under our back. 3- There was a camera/ motion device in the family area/ kitchen. This is where we spent most of our evening gathering time and it made me uncomfortable. I would stay here again because the things that matter most like cleanliness, space, and location exceeded my expectations however I hope that the owners upgrade the bed amenities to improve future guests experience.

TOP Tour

Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage. So wie in der Objektbeschreibung beschrieben. Zu Fuß (Strand und Promenade, Hafen, Rambla und Altstadt) und mit der Metro ist alles erreichbar. In der Wohnung ist alles nötige vorhanden. Wir 8 Personen hatten eine sehr schöne Tour gehabt. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Perfekte Unterkunft

Wir waren zu sechst unterwegs und hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Barcelona. Wer mit einer Gruppe unterwegs ist, denen kann ich das Haus nur empfehlen, da von hier der Strand und die Innenstadt sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar sind.

Perfekte Lage, großes Haus

Das Haus liegt direkt in Barceloneta. Nur wenige Schritte bis zum nächsten Markt mit Bäcker, Gemüse, Fisch und Fleisch Händlern. Die Vielfalt an Restaurants ist beeindruckend. Zum Strand läuft man dann doch knapp 10 Minuten durch die schönen Gassen. Zur Altstadt Barcelonas ist es nicht weit, die Metro und die Bushaltestelle sind auch sehr nah am Haus. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und wurde in den 7 Tagen Aufenthalt auch noch zwischengereinigt. Man kann hier drei Einheiten abteilen (1x bis 5 Personen und zweimal 2 Personen) je mit eigenem Bad. Dazu eine große gemeinsame Küche mit Tisch für bis zu 10 Personen. Wenn man etwas kritisieren will, wäre es das es etwas hellhörig ist. Ein wundervolles Haus in einer sehr schönen Gegend Barcelonas. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Great for a large group

This property was great for our group. We had 2 families, 10 total, there was plenty of sleeping space for everyone. Everything was very clean and plenty of kitchen supplies to prepare a couple meals.The wifi was a little spotty so you had to choose your location wisely. The AC worked great. The location was very convenient to the beach, metro, restaurants and other stuff. The neighborhood was a little noisy but fun. Lots of stairs to climb, which was fine for us, but other groups may find it challenging.

Amazing location and staye

Over expectations and really spacious! Angeles was quick in replying to us and the apartment is in great state. It’s a bit tricky to understand the layout without a floor plan (4 stories) before seeing it in real life, so a picture of that would help. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone.

Great for groups

I stayed here for my 40th Birthday trip there were 6 of us. Lovely location , very close to harbour. Property is lovely, looks very like the photos. We all had a bed to ourselves and a bathroom between two which was brilliant. Well stocked with plates, cutlery, pans etc. The owner was lovely and very helpful. Couldn't fault it really!
