Sea Breeze Villa with stunning views in Corfu with private path to the beach

This villa has breathtaking views of the Kaminaki beach and across the open sea, views that one cannot easily forget. You can enjoy the swimming pool or walk down a 5 min private path to the beach. The Sea Breeze Villa is a stone villa, made of traditional Corfiot stones from the nearby village called „Sinies“. These white stones are now difficult to find, which makes the place even more unique. The sea views from the wide front terrace and windows are breathtaking.

Entering the villa you find yourself in a small hall, off which is a traditional cute kitchen with a window with views across the pool and patio doors onto the front terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped and you can make breakfast, lunch or dinner and enjoy it on the terrace or by the pool.

Off the entering hall is also the spacious comfortable living room with lovely wooden floors made of cypress wood and many openings, which give way to the light and the sea breeze. The room has comfortable furnishings, an impressive antique dresser and a fireplace in the center. You can relax watching the view, reading a book, hearing music or even watching TV.

To the back of the living room is the sunny dining area with a large window looking across the pool area. A corridor leads to a beautiful double bedroom and a bathroom with full bath. This bedroom has its own quite private terrace surrounded by olive trees and flowers.

Wide wooden stairs lead up to the first floor of the villa. On the first floor you will find the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. This master bedroom has a window with spectacular sea views and a charming private roof terrace with views across the pool and the sea. This roof terrace is amazing at all times of the day and night. If you wake up early you can see the sun rising from the sea and at night you can watch the moon and its silver lighting over the sea. Romantic and stunning at the same time. On this floor there is also one twin bedroom with views from the window across the pool to the sea and another twin bedroom with a window to the side of the house. These two bedrooms share a nice bathroom with a window to the side. All bedrooms are air conditioned and heated.

The Sea Breeze Villa is sitting in the middle of one of the most beautiful stretches of coastline in the exclusive North East part of Corfu. The Villa location is called Nissaki, which in Greek means small island. The North East Coastline of Corfu offers the most scenic routes and breathtaking views. The Villa is overlooking the Kaminaki beach and a private path leads to this beach as well as the bigger Krouzeri beach, which is ideal for water sports and especially scuba diving. The neighbouring beautiful resorts of Kalami, Saint Stefan and Kassiopi are about 10 -15 minutes away by car and offer everything you may need on your holidays, such as tavernas, shops, many beautiful beaches and watersports.

Corfu town is accessible by car and by sea. It is about 35 minutes away by car. Boat trips leave every day from Nissaki to Corfu town.
