Il s'agit d'un penthouse unique en son genre à Sunswept. Toutes les chambres sont côté plage avec le maître ayant son propre balcon avant du golfe. Il y a des téléviseurs à écran plat dans le salon ainsi que dans toutes les chambres. Il y a une grande cuisine spacieuse avec tout le nécessaire pour préparer les repas. Vous apprécierez la vue imprenable depuis l'autre balcon avant du golfe juste à côté du salon. Sunswept est situé directement sur la plage de sable blanc qui vous sépare des eaux vert émeraude du golfe du Mexique. Ce condo Orange Beach est à seulement six miles à l'est de Gulf Shores, en Alabama. Vous trouverez des commerces modernes directement en face de la rue. Les églises, 10 terrains de golf de première classe et la pêche ne sont qu'à une courte distance en voiture.

The property was as listed and had direct access to the beach. It was very relaxing to get up in the morning and watch the ocean while we had coffee. We ended up with a family emergency that delayed our checkout by a day, and the management company was very accomdatigreat to work with. We had a wonderful weekend vacation!

The Grands loved having their room upstairs and views of the Gulf. My son had the Master Bedroom upstairs and was very pleased with the accomodations. I had the downstairs bedroom which was very comfortable. The bathroom was nice but a tad bit small.

This is a beautiful rental. I used to own it and did some of the remodeling. It is still pretty.

Stay was great. The pool is always comfortable and clean. Rooms were well appointed. Office staff is as always very helpful and wonderful. Sunswept is a beautiful complex.

How ever there was weed smell coming through the vents not from outside but the inside kitchen vents and we had to stay out of condo due to small children and the strong small. I have always stayed in this building but will not stay again. I have always loved this condo building but not again nor will I recommend. I told the office twice and nothing done. I hope you resolve this issue for the future clients. I am very disappointed as this was my grandkids first visit to a beach.

Our First Stay in Orange Beach

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first vacation to Orange Beach and we loved the area! We’ve always been PCB goers so this was a different and more relaxed experience. The rental property is conveniently located across the street from Walmart and many dining options are nearby. Overall, the property was not overly crowded and we did enjoy that aspect. However, the amenities were lacking in some aspects. There is no gym access nor is there a hot tub. The elevators were in working condition but seemed questionable with each trip up and down. The overall communication I had with staff leading up to our visit could have been better as I requested months, weeks and days in advance for an additional parking pass and was told it would be no problem. However, upon mere hours before arriving was told we couldn’t get it, but then told we could get it for an additional $55. That parking pass was one that had been paid for my another condo guest and wasn’t used so they allowed us to use it at an additional fee. I certainly don’t mind paying for another as we needed it; however, it seems shady to charge two sets of guests for the same parking pass. The condo itself was decent with ample space, but the balcony furniture was minimal at best. Overall, for the price we paid, I think we could have stayed somewhere else.

We love having 2 levels, this allows our littles to nap and the big kids don't have to worry about being quiet. Having Walmart right across the street is so convenient and the beach is never packed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property itself is in a very good location, close to all the amenities that you could ask for or need during a short week. We stayed for a week and although the weather was not great the unit we were in was very nice. The kitchen had everything you would need for a family of five the beds were all very comfortable, the decks all had great views. The inside was as clean as a beach place can be the Internet was sufficient for three kids and me to also conduct a little business. The TVs are not smart TVs but they did have standard dish TV overall we had a very good experience there , and we would return and stay in the same unit. If you come, make sure to bring enough toiletries, garbage bags, and if you plan on cooking any kind of seasonings that you may want because beach prices are expensive to pick up these things.

Electric wheelchairs were not an option as the property had no plugs to charge chairs and doors in the condo and passageways were too narrow. Rented a manual beach wheelchair which had to be chained up outside condo. It was a "struggle" to push on sand, electric would have been much better. Good floor plan if you don't have guests who are not able to constantly go up and down stairs to second floor bedrooms. Bathroom with twin beds had no door. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked, ice and water dispenser in refrigerator did not work. Great views from decks.
