Step inside the completely remodeled condo, exuding beauty from every corner. Enormous windows offer breathtaking South and West views, with the living room granting spectacular Gulf vistas. The well-appointed bedrooms feature a king, queen, and two bunk beds, ensuring ample sleeping space for the family. The spacious kitchen comes fully equipped with dishes, cookware, silverware, and essential kitchen items. A full-size washer and dryer in the large laundry room add to the convenience of your stay.

Come experience Marlin Key, the ultimate family destination that beckons you to the beach! We eagerly anticipate your visit.
For the Winter Season (January and February), reservations made before October 1st require a minimum 60-day stay. After October 1st, reservations are available for the winter months, with minimum stays of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Additional Information:
Parking Passes are necessary and available for purchase upon arrival or through our office directly. Each reservation allows for a maximum of 2 parking passes for 2 cars. Linens are provided, excluding beach towels. A "starter set" of essentials is included in the reservation.

Rental applicants must be at least 25 years old, with photo ID required at check-in. No Smoking is permitted. No Pets are allowed.

We loved our little getaway. It was so nice to be able to have a separate space from anyone just to come back to you and relax. This property was close to anything we could ever have needed. We will be booking again for next spring.

Great Beach Get Away

This location was wonderful! Not as busy and Gulf Shores, still plenty to do. The condo has a spectacular view, perfect room for kids, great master and all the creature comforts of home. We will definitely stay here again.

This is a great condo in a good location. I really like the fact it is not a high density high rise. All the amenities you need are there. You are right on the beach with easy access. Condo was clean and well appointed. I will visit again.

Awesome week in OBA!

This is our second time renting this condo and it was wonderful again. Marlin Key is the perfect size (low density) and location. We had everything we needed and more! The condo is very nicely decorated, the beds are comfortable, and the towels and sheets are nice quality. We would love to come back next year!

Everything was perfect! We had a great time and everything was great except a few weather situations but that could not be helped! It’s kinda like a secret hiding place! No wait on local restaurants and plenty of choices! Can’t wait to go back!

Great Decor, Great Location on more mellow Perdido Key. Low density condo--very clean grounds and pool---seasonal sea weed was a bummer but overall was great--only thing I would add to the condo would be black out drapes in master and comfort hight toilets---just sayin!!!

Loved this place!

We had an absolutely great time staying at this property. The pictures are nice but it really is even better in person. The decor, cleanliness and location are spot on and not your average cookie-cutter vacation condo. The views from the balcony are lovely, and a few steps to the beautiful, clean, white sandy beach. We visited in late March so the temps were a little chillier than we had hoped, but it warmed up every afternoon with lots of beautiful sun! The pool isn’t heated which I think it useful to know. But the unit itself is so great - we would stay here again and again!

Great Beach Getaway

While there were a few quirks (Bed was too firm for us, Internet Access was problematic), we loved our stay and look forward to returning in the future. The views were amazing, and the beach was perfect. The garage parking area does not have security cameras, which affected us directly because someone hit our parked vehicle and did not leave a note. Other than that, lots of food choices close by and enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere. The condo is very spacious and there is a elevator to go between floors. There is a pool at the condo, but we spent most of our time at the beach so we did not try it out.

Charming, vibrant, ideal location, and MORE than we could have asked for!

Everything about this vacation was a breeze, starting from booking it with Sharon, who is incredibly accommodating. All of my questions were promptly answered and I quickly realized that this was one of the best properties I'd be able to find for my needs. The photos shown here, though beautiful, do not do justice to the condo's vibrant decor. We especially loved the master suite with a door leading to the balcony and large master bath. The updated, large kitchen fits all cooking needs I can think of, and we used the nearby outdoor grill for a BBQ one evening as the sun went down. The condo is spacious and comfortably fits 8. It was immaculately clean and obviously well maintained. The complex is low profile compared to some others in the area and is in a nice, quiet area. I've saved the best for last - the incredible BEACHFRONT view with the beach mere yards from the condo! You can see the beach from all of the main areas in the condo via the balcony, and the beach itself has fine, white, clean sand perfect for our relaxing spring vacation. It was unanimous from all in my party that we want to return here someday!

Our oldest daughter got married just up the road on the beach, we went fishing just up the road as well. If you want a laid back place to enjoy the beach and all it has to offer, this is the place!!

family spring break

Great Property and rental, great location and we loved the decor and setup of the condo, had everything we needed for our family of 7. We had small issue getting into the condo the night we got there but management was good about fixing the issue as fast as they could. Would recommend and would stay there again!
