Dramatically perched just above the ocean waves, this elegant and dog-friendly home sits on the edge of Gualala Point Regional Park, the Sea Ranch Golf Links, and the always stunning Bluff Trail. It's also only a short stroll from Whale Watch Point, three miles north of Walk On Beach, and three miles south of shops, art galleries, and restaurants in downtown Gualala.
With a spacious interior and truly spectacular natural surroundings, this two-level home is ideal for families or groups of friends in search of rest and relaxation.
The refined living space is on the second floor, allowing guests to enjoy commanding views of the ocean, the nearby cliffs, and the local wildlife. Take an afternoon nap on the soft leather sofa, play a card game in a seat by the window, or spend a quiet evening watching a DVD favorite on the flatscreen cable TV. WiFi is also available at this home.
You'll find plentiful cabinet and counter space in the full kitchen, which also features double ovens and a dishwasher to make cooking a breeze. Sit down for dinner with your family in the dining room, or step outside to find a gas grill and a patio table on the ocean-facing deck.
Back on the ground floor, you'll enjoy daily soaks in the luxurious outdoor hot tub, while the gated garden and lawn provide outdoor space for as many as two dogs. Please be advised, however, that an additional nightly fee applies.
With three ocean view bedrooms and two full bathrooms, Brammer's Bluff can accommodate as many as seven guests. Upstairs, the expansive master bedroom has a California king bed; downstairs, you'll find one guest room with a California king, and a second room with a queen and a twin bed.
Guests can also feel free to spend their days strolling the Bluff Trail or tidepooling at Shell Beach four miles south. Don't forget about the shared pool! Swimming pools and tennis courts are available at the Sea Ranch Del Mar, Ohlson, and Moonraker Recreation Centers.
Whatever you do, don't worry about running out of clothes - this home has a private washer and dryer for your salty beach clothes.

Very Nice Oceanfront Bluff Home
The views are great. All three bedrooms are large and have ocean views. The fenced yard (a huge "plus" if you are traveling with a dog) is attractively landscaped. Furniture is nice without being so nice that you worry about it; dishes are nice. We were very pleased with the house (in spite of some maintenance items mentioned above) and plan to rent it again. We enjoyed being close to Gualala and to the trails in the Gualala Point Park. The second floor deck overlooking the Bluff Trail and ocean would be wonderful in warm weather (we were there in February).
Great House with One-of-Kind View
Have been coming to Sea Ranch and renting homes for almost 30 years. Have stayed in this house about 5 times. It's perfect if you have a pet and the kitchen and dining area are very well laid out for anyone who plans to cook. And you can't beat the views!<br />

THE House with THE view!
Have been renting Sea Ranch homes for almost 30 years and have stayed at this one at least 5 times. The location with unobstructed ocean views makes it a very special place and the well laid-out kitchen makes it perfect for anyone who enjoys cooking away from home. Management now through Vacasa seems to be a good move with very convenient check-in and the possibility of early check-in. I do think that instead of offering late-checkout for an extra charge, anyone staying 5 days or more should be offered that option if the house is not going to be rented the following day.
This is a great home, right at the edge of Sea Ranch, close to the Gualala Park. It is just perfect!
