Sparkling clean and newer lake home on a very private lot. Comfortably housed 9 of us for an extended family weekend. Well appointed throughout with everything you’d need - even consumables like soaps, detergents, paper goods, etc. Very quiet lake and close to town for essentials. We would definitely consider renting here again!
The house was comfortable and clean. Check in/out a breeze. We really enjoyed the porch and drew up our chairs to converse and catch up while sipping our coffee and tea. The owner, Kelly, was quite responsive with the questions we asked. The lake was beautiful and we did take a few chairs down to the dock to sit and talk and listen to the loons. We found a Scrabble game and that was a lot of fun too. I can’t think of one negative thing to report about our experience in Lincoln.
Fabulous location, close to town but very private.
Beautiful location with great lake views.
Home was well appointed and larger than the photos suggest.
We were sorry to leave and look forward to a return visit.
Thank you for providing an excellent setting for a family vacation.
Great location and property! Well stocked with all basic items. Lots of space and we’re well maintained. Access to the lake by the dock was fantastic! And the fire pit in the back yard was also a great feature we really enjoyed. The lake is very peaceful and quiet with little to no traffic, so kayaking was one of the best we’ve done.
This place was great! We have an annual family getaway, including 5 adults and 4 kids. We never felt cramped, there was plenty of space and beds. Easy access to a somewhat secluded and quiet cove on a busy 4th July. Enjoyed using the canoe and kayak and caught some big bass and blue gills. The afternoon shade (and breeze) on the dock was a great place to chill while the kids were swimming. Cabin is located on a quiet dirt road with minimal traffic. Yet, super close to town for Dunkin runs. We saw a deer in the driveway and eagles, osprey & hawk flying over the lake. Very good week!!
Our group has been renting together for about 20 years and I can honestly say that this home is one of the nicest and most well stocked we have stayed in. The host has provided everything you need and the kitchen has enough dishwater, pots, pans, utensils, etc which is rare at rental homes. The home is surrounded by trees and has plenty of privacy. The lake is clear and there is not a lot of boat traffic or noises (other than the loons!).The Lincoln areas does not have alot of opportunity for adventure so this place is best suited for those that are looking to get away from it all, relax and enjoy the quiet. Our host (as well as the house manager) were very responsive and helped with any issues that we may have had quickly.

Phenomenal Fall Retreat!!
Absolutely perfect!! We spent Columbus Day weekend here and it couldn't have been more picturesque with the fall foliage! The house had everything we needed for a great weekend and the view from the dock was breathtaking! The property is in a great location because it is secluded enough that you have all the privacy you could ask for but it is still not far from all the necessities (grocery store, gas station, restaraunt, a few shops). Also, Joyce, the homeowner, is such a sweet lady who wanted to make sure our stay was everything we hoped for. We will definitely return!! So glad we found this place!

Words can't describe the beauty
Where do I start this house is everything you could imagine. From the view of the lake to the new smell of the wood. There is nothing this house and location doesn't provide. Whether you want to hunt, fish, snowmobile or go 4-wheeling everything is within minutes. The house provides plenty of space while feeling right at home. The owners are a delight to speak with and easy to deal with. We were here during the colder months we will definitely be back when it's warm! Also it was myself, husband and 2 young children. We visited the park and library and the stores on Main St. when the weather wasn't perfect for other activities. There is always something to do.. or just relax in this comfortable home.
Very quiet private location on the lake. I happen to have the house during extreme heat wave and would have been nice to have AC in the windows. We went and bought more fans. The GPS for all members of my family that came tried to send you past the driveway however the number and the bucket on the tree caught my eye. Was nice having a downstairs bedroom to not to have to do the steps to the bedroom. The porch was great to sit out and enjoy the time there with the rain. You are in the wood and next to the lake so expected the mosquitos. Having the kayak and the canoe on site was nice since we didn't want to haul ours from PA/NY however it would have been nice to have at the water level instead of having to move from the house. The canoe is a nice heavy canoe. Overall, I would stay here again.
Our family of 4 and 2 dogs thoroughly enjoyed our 10-night stay here. Communication with the owners was superb, check in was a breeze, and they were very responsive with a minor issue at the beginning of our stay. Cabin was well stocked with everything you would need from measuring cups, toilet paper, and paper towels to storage containers. We especially loved the loons speaking to one another, a sound we don't get to hear in NJ. The lake was quiet with very little traffic, although access to the lake could use some TLC. A nice swing where we could sit would have been ideal. My husband and I took full advantage of the canoe, and kayak. Internet access was available but slow at times. We did get good cell service from the house. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the deck with our dogs, though I would recommend putting a set of stairs going up to the deck since there is only access from the side of the house. We were aware there was no air conditioning at this house, so while most of our visit was comfortable using the fans provided, it did get a bit warm towards the end of our stay due to the unseasonably warm weather. Thankfully the lake did cool us off. I would recommend the washing machine be cleaned every so often, as we had to clean it out due to the build-up since we wanted to use my own laundry products. Overall, a VERY relaxing vacation. We highly recommend Handcrafted Lincoln, a cute local gift shop where there are so many things and the employees are so nice.
This property was just what we were looking for…secluded, water front with a gorgeous house!!! That was also dog friendly!
We spent the day paddle boarding (brought our own) and fishing, with the dogs swimming and dock diving. Spent the nights staring at all the stars high above a bonfire, listening to the Loons talk to each other. The bonus resident Bald eagle was a sight!
