Beautiful Landes totally renovated in 2018 in a contemporary and refined style. In a green environment, on the edge of Boudigau, our property is located in a dead end and guarantees you the greatest calm. Another advantage, the cycle track at 100 meters, will allow you to move freely towards the city center (1km) or the beach (1.5 km or 7 minutes by bike without hurrying)
Our 120 m2 house (plus 40 m2 attic) has an 1150 m2 enclosed garden with 2 to 3 secure parking spaces.

1 fully equipped kitchen (Dishwasher, Induction hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso, etc.)
1 comfortable living room with TV and fireplace.
1 parental suite with a 160 cm bed and its private bathroom and WC.

1 room under roof of 40 m2 with 2 beds in 90. Ideal for teens.
=> Secondary building by the pool with its second parental suite (140 cm bed) with private bathroom and WC.

Secure 10X5 swimming pool with a beautiful wooden terrace and sun loungers for lounging.
Covered terrace for dining in front of the swimming pool.

The interior and all of the house's amenities are new.
Services included: Bed and bath sheets, pool maintenance (once a week) and Wifi.
Possibility of discount in May / June and September for rentals of 4 to 6 people.
