Nothing to complain. Big house with all features you need. Enough plates, glasses etc even a lot of kitchenstuff like oil, vinegar etc… highly recommandable. Lovely and courteous landlady. Thanks a lot Irene

We have visited Podere Il Doccio four times – and every time it feels like coming home. Irene, Sara, and Gianluca are the warmest hosts, always ready with a smile and great recommendations for restaurants, nature experiences, and local wineries. Here you’ll find peace, harmony, and a beautiful pool with peace and quiet. The Tuscan barbecue is a must – fresh local ingredients, wonderful wines, and service from Irene and her staff, goes far beyond expectations. For us, this is not just a holiday spot – it’s where we find peace, connection, and true hospitality. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Posto spettacolare e casa altrettanto! Noi eravamo in 7 e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Casa pulitissima e super fornita di tutto, con piscina e zona pranzo all’esterno assurda! Noi abbiamo avuto l’occasione di parlare con Sara, che è stata veramente gentile e accogliente…sapendo soddisfare anche la nostra richiesta di check-in anticipato. Bellissimo weekend!

Soggiorno perfetto! Fin dal nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con un'ottima ospitalità, facendoci sentire subito a casa. Le camere sono una vera sorpresa: davvero grandi, confortevoli e ben tenute, con una pulizia impeccabile. Il vero punto forte però è l'esterno, con una piscina fantastica per il giorno e la chicca assoluta di una Jacuzzi calda serale per rilassarsi a fine giornata. Struttura consigliatissima!

Ottima esperienza. Casa accogliente, pulita e con tutto il necessario per rilassarsi e divertirsi in compagnia. Piscina e Jacuzzi comode e bellissime. La zona giorno all’esterno per mangiare tutti insieme è stupenda.

TUSCANY VISIT 2022

The villa is fine, albeit rustic, A/C does work well. Irene is the host and she is wonderful and very helpful. The most difficult aspect of the villa is access. For those who drive (and I think you must) once you leave the main road it is quite challenging. All in all a very nice place to stay and fairly advertised. It needs better signage for access.
