Absolutely loved this Villa!

Our family of 12 (8 adults, 4 kids) just loved staying at this beautiful Villa. Such a nice setting and the home had everything we needed. Ann & Maurizio we’re the best hosts!!! The pool was perfect and we enjoyed playing ping pong too! I would highly recommend this Tuscana Villa.

Five Star Holiday

We had a wonderful two week stay to explore the heart of the chianti classico area. Great bike riding and great track to walk into Gaoile for exercise and morning coffee. Fabulous villa suited our two families perfectly. Enough space for everyone to enjoy their own time as well. A lot of options to enjoy outdoor eating at the picturesque villa. Fantastic size pool as well! The hosts Anne and Maurizio were very accomodating and helped us with any queries we had! They also delivered a wonderful tiramisu for us at the end of our stay!

Excellent Tuscan Vacation Spot

Stayed for 2 weeks with a variety of family and friends to celebrate a milestone birthday. This house and property were perfect with so much to offer on-site you may not want to leave to explore the sites and towns nearby but if you do, everything is within an hour's drive. The house was immaculate, well-stocked, a large kitchen for cooking family meals, so many places to relax both inside and outside. This house met every expectation. We were skeptical about having the owners on-site but they were delightful and so helpful. Such a wonderful and memorable trip to Tuscany!

The perfect Tuscan Villa in

This villa is gorgeous, very clean, well kept gardens and grounds. My teens were so happy - amazing pool, sauna, foosball, pool table, ping-pong, trampoline, hammocks, creek! Buzzing bees and butterflies everywhere. My family were all very happy and comfortable, so much space to roam. The beds are very nice, kitchen well appointed with cookware. We could not have asked for more. Short but windy road to Siena took about 30 min. Had a great meal in the tiny town on Radda about 2 miles away. I can not recommend this place more highly, and hope to return soon. Thanks to Julia who made the check in and out easy.

Extraordinary

Our 9 day stay at the Mulinaccio will be memorable. Everything about our stay was outstanding... the grounds, the house itself and most notably our hosts Elena and Fabio. Rarely do you come across hosts who you would consider to be your friends. This is the feeling we came away with. Elena & Fabio took the time to welcome us in every way possible. They were incredibly friendly and responsive when needed with all kinds of suggestions and assistance. We were also treated to Elena's baking skills on a number of occasions throughout our stay. The pictures of the house do not do it justice and it was truly a great retreat after a hard day in the saddle biking through the tuscan hills. We already miss being away from the place and would consider rebooking this wonderful property in a heartbeat. Elena & Fabio, mille grazie for a truly memorable stay. Your friends from Boston and Montreal.

Perfect accommodation and facilities. Hosts incredibly friendly and accommodating. A superb holiday

We were a group of 7 women, the accommodation and facilities were perfect for our needs. We had plenty of space, the configuration of the bedrooms perfect. Each room had wonderful adjoining bathrooms. The communal areas were spacious and varied, the table outside the kitchen getting plenty of use for breakfast, lunch, conversations and of course many drinks and much laughter. The pool area was lovely, again with great facilities. We loved our stay very, very much. Elena, Fabio and family were a delight, nothing was too much trouble and were always smiling - perfect hosts. They made our holiday an incredible experience. I can sincerely recommend this beautiful home and location for any family or group who wants to enjoy Tuscany / Chianti

A great location in the heart of Tuscany's Chianti Classico wine country. We are surrounded by vineyards, castles, forests and restaurants. The scenery and also the fact that it is not rare to see deer, herons, boars and squirrels around the property.

Clean air. About as far as you can get from a big city without losing the amenities of modern life. All the beds are antiallergic Scandinavian HASTENS beds, handmade with natural components for a restful and relaxing experience.
