About Ami Menz, Broker Sales Associate
The current owners, Gregory & Andra Wilson were married in early 2000's in southern Italy and have an eight year old son, Baylor (8 years old), and reside full-time in Santa Barbara, Ca. The couple is originally from West Chester/Malvern Pa. but spent their entire summers as children and teenagers visiting Cape May and the New Jersey shore. Now in their 40s and living in a separate part of the country they make it a priority to reunite every summer in Cape May to catch up and get some much needed beach time in. They enjoy reconnecting with their families every summer who currently reside in the suburbs of Philadelphia and in Cape May. The property offers all of our families and friends the opportunity to experience summers in Cape May and make wonderful long lasting memories, including a retirement home for the Wilson's.

Very nice home
We enjoyed our stay in Cape May this past christmas. Overall the home was very nice and comfortable. The only thing that was a eyesore was the cleanliness of the back of the connecting house.
Perfect shape for our family weekend
The house was a perfect location for our family weekend
This rental property was lovely. Our first impression was very positive.
We enjoyed the house, especially the kitchen, which was well equipped. All the appliances are new and top of the line. It was so convenient to have two full bathrooms AND an outdoor shower. The mattresses were very comfortable. The house is well decorated with very charming pieces for an overall upscale look. We would rent this house again!
Lots to Love
This rental is just as adorable as the photos. Seriously, it has charm to spare. Three great bedrooms (2 large, 1 small) and a renovated kitchen with granite and a farmhouse sink. We loved hanging out on the front porch and using the beach bikes to ride around town. Just one FYI, it is a solid 15-20 minute walk to the Center of Cape May. It is a very pleasant walk, straight down Washington Street, with dozens of adorable houses to look at, but it is not terribly close to shopping and the beach.
Awesome Weekend in Cape May!
We had an incredible weekend at Cape May in the most adorable house. The house was clean, updated and so accommodating! We loved every part of our weekend thanks to staying in this wonderful house.
We enjoyed staying in this lovely home. For the first half we had a FULL house, yet we were all very comfortable. For the second half we were down to just four and it was equally perfect. I was concerned the location was a little far but it worked out great. We did a little shuttling, a little bike riding and evening walks back from restaurants were just enough to aide digestion! Since we had our own beach gear, we found that riding to Madison Ave beach worked out great. The restaurant at the two hotels served nice lunches when we were too lazy to pack our own. Plus, the happy hour above Harry's was lovely! We look forward to returning!
