The property is on a pine plot with a new pool, cool in summer although very sunny, south facing.
It is close to supermarkets such as Lidl, Mercadona and Supersol and very close to Venta La Alegría, where you can find everything.
20 meters from La Barrosa beach or 5 minutes by car, with easy parking.
Sancti Petri is 10 minutes by car and 25 meters on foot, with delicious bike-conditioned rides that you can rent, running or on foot.
The town with the best market in the province, is 15 mns away by car, you can also take the bus to go to the beach or the town.
Cádiz is 20 mns away by car, Jerez de la Frontera 30 mns.
