Private Tides pool, plus free basketball, shuffleboard, and mini golf!!! Our condo is our second home, well cared for, fully stocked, and has some of the best unobstructed, direct beachfront views on the Emerald Coast. Cleanliness and comfort are our top priorities. We want our guests to feel right at home when you stay in our vacation home.

Tides 505 is close to all of Destin's amenities, yet away from the tourist traffic and congestion. Tides at Tops'l Resort is a five star, best in class beach and tennis resort perfect for families! The pool is beachfront and the poolside tiki bar just finished a brand new renovation with new drinks and menu! And we now have 6 pickle ball courts for your enjoyment and are free for Tides owners and guests. Our rental rates include cleaning fees ($165), tourism/occupancy taxes (12.5%), and resort fee ($75/stay). Shorter stays are welcome during the winter and early spring months. 3 Night minimum year-round, 5 night minimum in the summer. We are also Tops'l Resort Club members which provides our guests with access to the onsite professional tennis and fitness club for a daily club fee. The Tops'l Resort offers 12 rubico tennis courts (4 are lighted), sports bar, private pool, indoor hot tub, steam room, locker rooms, one of the best fitness centers in the Destin area, group exercise classes, personal training, tennis equipment rental, pro shop, and DVD and bicycle rentals on-site.

Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort is perfect for adults and families alike. The resort is wonderful and our condo is too! The condo has direct, unobstructed, 5th floor, oceanfront views of one of the most beautiful beaches, rated the best, by Southern Living. Incredible 300sq.ft. balcony, one of the largest in the Destin rental market, beautifully manicured grounds and private, 24 hours secured, resort setting. We are located within walking distance to Sandestin Grand Blvd and Baytowne Village to enjoy shopping, dining, and family entertainment. Our resort in next door to Sandestin to the west and the 7 mile stretch of Tops'l Hill State Park to the east which has miles of undeveloped beach for your enjoyment! Feel like you are away from it all while still being within walking distance of dining, shopping, and entertainment.

The Tides condo building is part of Tops’l Beach & Racquet Resort. The condo is oceanfront and sits in the middle of 52 beautifully landscaped acres bordered by the Gulf of Mexico and by Topsail Hill State Preserve. There’s 600 feet of private, sandy white beach with plenty of uncrowded space to spread out in the sand, set up beach chairs, and build sand castles with your toes in the water. Don't stay somewhere that you have to fight for beach chair space. You're always able to sit with your toes in the ocean at Tops'l! Daytime activities and nightlife of neighboring Sandestin and other noted communities to the west, a nature preserve known for quiet and solitude to the east, and resort activities and beach toy rentals will keep you and your family entertained. Tops'l provides the best of both worlds.

Our condo in the Tides building has wonderful amenities such as free wireless internet, private, Tides-only pool, kiddie pool, community grills, FREE basketball, putt-putt, shuffle-board, pickle ball, nature trails, and seasonal kids programs. Also, Tops'l Hill Nature Preserve is a national historic registry spot. The state park offers 7 miles of undeveloped beach, wetland, and dune lakes to explore by foot, bicycle, or kayak/canoe.

And if that weren’t enough, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, one of the largest in the US, is less than 5 minutes away. Sandestin's popular Baytowne Wharf is just across the street to the west with shops, excellent restaurants and entertainment on the bay. Concerts on Wednesdays and family movies on Thursdays are popular family outings on the lawn at the Sandestin Baytowne area. Sandestin's recently developed Grand Boulevard Town Center, nearby and walkable, has upscale shopping, excellent restaurant options, a Publix grocery, and more. There’s so much to do here you won’t be able to fit it into a week’s vacation. So stay two! That’s what we do!

Our condo is our second home. It underwent major renovations in 2018 and is an updated, fun, beach themed, 5th floor condo. From the entrance, you can see straight through the condo to your private, expansive, 5th floor balcony and the breathtaking views of the emerald Gulf of Mexico. The balcony is nearly 300sq ft with plenty of seating to enjoy the views and sounds of crashing waves. Our balcony's are some of the biggest available on the Destin rental market. In addition to a high top table and chairs, your balcony includes a sitting area with two chairs for you to enjoy your afternoons and two chaise lounge chairs for afternoon naps. Enjoy the sunrise and sunsets from this beautiful space.

The living room is equipped with a sleeper sofa, and three additional lounge chairs for family gatherings. All living furniture was replaced in 2018 as well. There is a HDTV and DVD player along with some books, puzzles, and board games for night's when the family wants to stay in and relax at home. There are also beach toys stored on the balcony for your kiddos use along with two beach chairs and an umbrella.

The kitchen is fully equipped with breakfast bar. There is seating at the breakfast bar for 3 and a dining table with seating for 6. You will also find a washer and dryer, replaced brand new in 2019, in the condo for your utmost convenience.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen HDTV, DVD player, and the master bathroom has a walk-in shower, whirlpool Jacuzzi tub, and double vanity. The king bed has a 4 inch gel premium mattress topper for your utmost rest and rejuvenation. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed and also includes a flat screen TV/DVD as well. Mattresses all replaced in 2018. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo and separate vanity area. The entire condo was painted and updated and is ready for your family to enjoy it as much as our family does. We love the resort and our condo at Tides at Tops'l .
