Unit was within walking distance to beach and also close to outdoor pool. Anything you need was within a 10 minute drive. Great location.

We enjoyed staying at this location! The beach across was amazing. Only downside was the main road through town if we ever left. Tropical storm Bertha didn't help but the location was amazing and condo was beautiful and had everything we could have asked for! Thank you for letting us stay!!

We had an issue with the Living room TV the first night there but the property manager was immediately available and we got it fixed. The beach closet is packed full of things to use at the beach. The house is stocked with all the conviences of home. We had a great stay.

Our overall experience was excellent . We would definitely rent these/this facility . We really enjoyed our stay. The out beach unit for chairs an such and all the amenities were excellent .. loved the pool being heated. It was super clean and so nice . The beach access was great ! We will see you next year !

This condo was wonderful! Very clean, cute decorations, very nice updated hall bath upstairs! The owner definitely takes pride in their property. So close to the beach! Just a quick walk to the end of the parking lot/beach access. Nice patio set up and grill for bbq. There isn’t much you need to bring, they have everything there for you! If you don’t bring your own beach chairs & umbrella , you can rent some at the beach. We will definitely rent this condo again!

From front door to the beach is less than a 2 minute walk! The back closet that provided all the chairs, boogie boards and other beach items was perfect! We didn't have to buy or pack our own chairs. The condo was in a perfect location to access the tennis courts and the pool. We wish we could have stayed longer. We would definitely want to come back!

The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our five day stay. The outdoor closet had all the beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards we needed, and the boardwalk to the beach was literally just a minute walk across the paved parking lot. We had the best time!

Great Place to Stay!!

Great Location!! Very convenient for beach days being able to walk in the back door. Also, the kids loved playing pickleball and also the short walk to the ice cream shop. Definitely will be coming back next year.

Great location!

This placeis just steps from their pool and the gulf! That was the highlight for us. One of the bathrooms has been updated and all of the major appliances are very nice. The property itself was older and a bit dated, but the location was perfect!

We enjoyed our stay. The proximity to the beach and pool was ideal especially with kids.. The unit was a bit dated and a very small bathroom in the primary bedroom. The kitchen had everything you nedded but dated. The location and price mafe up for it. The owner was very responsive to any inquiries and the unit was available on time for the 4p check in. Also a plus were all the beach accessories avaliable in the shed to use.

Like being at home!

This is the third or fourth time we’ve stayed in #95 condo and every time we stay it feels like we’re at home!!! Several things have been updated and it was beautiful!!! We’ll be back again for sure!!

Awesome vaca

This property is just as it is listed! It was wonderful! The furnishings were nice and lots of room. Up to date appliances and comfortable bedding. The beach access was quick and accessible. The outdoor closet has lots and lots of beach accessories!! Plenty of chairs!!The absolute most beautiful water I have ever seen!! I will would recommend this property to anyone!! The only thing I would add is a few more towels but hey it has a heck of a washing machine!!!

Would recommend again

Chose this place to stay near family at another unit on the property. I didn’t read reviews so maybe other people have said this but we loved this place! If it was not the hosts personal vacation home it definitely felt like it. They had plenty of kitchenware, towels, extra blankets, beach chairs, etc. even had a little high chair. If we stay in this area again we would definitely choose this room again!
