Hi Samantha, We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed in your stay. Thank you for pointing out the error in the listing as it is not a 1 bedroom home. This is a 2 bedroom home with 2 additional sleeper sofas. One of the sleeper sofas is located in the media room, that has a door off of the kitchen. The other sleeper sofa is located in the living room. There is one bedroom, with a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom, off of the living room. The other bedroom has a king bed, located upstairs. We did not receive any emails, messages or voicemails from you. We pride ourselves on our quick responses to guest issues. I will be sure to mention the grill and hot tub to our team so we can get that fixed quickly. If we had received a complaint during your stay, we would have gladly sent our hot tub technician to take a look at the hot tub and the property manager would have come out to troubleshoot the grill. Again, I am sorry for your disappointment in your stay with us as this is a nice, quiet property with wonderful beach access. I hope we are able to host you again and exceed your expectations.
