The lane is narrow where it passes the property. Whilst the width is just adequate for loading/unloading, with space for another car to pass, the parking is approximately 150m away where the lane widens out.
Children may require adult supervision when in the front and rear gardens as there is not a secure boundary to the full perimeter.
Windows on the rear elevation (Bedroom 1 and 3) are fire escape windows and do not have opening restrictors fitted.
