Two large double bedrooms, one of which can be transformed in a twin bedroom, there is also a single bedroom and a studio with a sceslong for reading and relax. The kitchen is fully equipped and faces the dining area that can comfortably sit 6 persons. The living room is equipped with a large sofa and 2 comfortable armchairs. The bathrooms have a shower enclosure and the space as a whole is perfect for a family of 5 or 7 as the sofa can be transformed in a sofa-bed.

Venice weekend.

The place was great. Easy to everything. Property managers were very helpful once we arrived. We had a little trouble communicating prior but I think mostly due to email issues and SPAM folders. Would efinitley stay again.

Wonderful stay

First off - Marco, the property manager, is first rate. He was super helpful with all the arrangements. He also gave us great suggestions on things to do, restaurants, etc. He was responsive to questions during our stay. The apartment is in a great location, close enough to everything, but still secluded and quiet. All in all a fabulous stay in Venice.

Amazing BUT....

This spacious apartment was near perfect in every aspect. Perfect location. Gracious, responsive management company. BUT there was an awful odor in the common living area that rendered it unusable. If we kept the doors closed, it remained confined to that space. But that left us mostly confined to our rooms.

Beautiful apartment with a view of a small canal.

We loved the location. Just off a great square with many restaurants to choose from. You can take the ferry system around Venice. However, we walked everywhere. Covered three quarters of Venice. Our check in with Sofie was very easy. She is delightful. The beds and pillows were very good. The only disappointment with the apartment is it has a bit of a sewer smell. Not sure why. The 2 big bedrooms are on the same wall and they are paper thin. We were two couples traveling together. The bathrooms are across the living room from the bedrooms. Overall I gave it a five star rating because check-in was wonderful, all the beds were great and the location was really good. We loved Venice. Elizabeth

Family vacation

The property could really sleep 6 people... it’s 3 bedrooms and two full baths. The location is excellent. Couldn’t be better and the decor is quite nice. Only problem is that it was closed up and had a musty smell. We had windows open but hard when hot. Pillows could be upgraded, but now I’m being picky, because really the place is perfect. It is a great property and I would love to stay there again!

Central, Quiet, Well-appointed, and Generously Sized!

We couldn't have been happier with this apartment. Our welcome was seamless. The space was truly breathtaking. It is on a quiet canal for the true Venice experience. I couldn't recommend this place enough.
