Sweet Family Getaway

This property provided our family a delightful beach getaway during the summer. The area was very convenient with just enough tourist attractions without the crazy busy crowded feeling. Our condo was clean, comfortable, and cozy for our group of 6. The beach was beautiful and the pool was pleasant and refreshing. This was our first time to visit Perdido Key and our first time to stay at Perdido Towers and we would absolutely return. I was beyond pleased with every aspect of our stay.

Amazing Condo!

We absolutely loved this property! It was just what we were looking for. We go to the beach every year but had never gone to Perdido Key. The whole family was super pleased and said this was the prettiest condo we had ever stayed at. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect and we loved how laid back and not crowded it was! We will definitely go back to this area and hopefully this same condo next year!

Nice condo

Condo was as described although the 3rd bedroom on 1st level was a bit small and did not have a shower. Only showers in two bedrooms upstairs. Very clean and great location with a beautiful view of beach and water.

Miscommunication

I booked laat minute. Property management contacted me to tell me they had been contacted that construction would be happening at the complex and that the pool would be closed as well as limited access to the property. I told them i would need to cancel and make other arrangements because my 2 yr old grandson was with us and would require a pool. They checked and assured me that the construction had been rescheduled until winter. I agreed to keep the reservation. The second day there, the construction company is on site and many parts of the complex are closed including the pool and we were asked to not use the patio and even bring in the furniture. Property management told me to contact them after our stay and they would provide a partial refund. That hasn't happened.

Great Location & Beautiful Condo

This location was perfect. We’ve vacationed on the gulf coast for over 30 years and this spot is my new favorite. Even with as busy as the area was for Memorial Day weekend, the beach wasn’t overcrowded. It wasn’t far from restaurants and stores which made it easy to navigate the extra traffic for the holiday weekend. The condo was exactly as advertised. It was clean, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. I love that they provided extra blankets and pillows that made lounging on the sofa in the evening extra comfy. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking. We really enjoyed our stay. Our only regret is that work prevented us from planning ahead to have booked a longer stay. We would have loved to have been able to spend a whole week here. Also- I have to add that the management company communicated well and was very polite. The updates through text message and response time for questions was impressive. We will definitely try to book this one again for our next vacation!

Beautiful condo & Great location!

Our stay was March 7-12, 2021. This was our first visit to any condo on the Gulf Coast between Alabama & Florida. The condo was perfect for our family of four. Our son brought a friend, so we used all three rooms. The beds were very comfortable, view was beautiful, and other than the cold weather and rip current it was a wonderful stay! Some things that aren't mentioned in the listing that I think are great if you use the kitchen...there is a crock pot, the kitchen is fully loaded as far as cooking tools for a nice stay. There were even plastic containers/lids for leftovers if you wanted that! There is a pitcher, which is handy if you make tea or want to keep something cold and wet in the fridge to drink! The balcony was nice for me to have some quiet time in the mornings, but it isn't a big hangout, and I was usually the only one who would sit out there. This condo was made very strong! I never heard anyone's feet when they were walking around, and that can be quite annoying if there are flat-footed guests staying above you. The living room seating can get tricky if everyone wants to sit together, but the area isn't extra-large so I would say the owners have done a great job with the space. The only other thing they could have done is add a cushioned chair or bean bag type chair for everyone to sit comfortably in the living room, but it would probably be in the way when everyone wasn't sitting. There are four bar stools, and 4 seats at the kitchen table, Lots of seating options...but hey, you're at the beach! So, you typically wouldn't be hanging out at the condo all day, right?! I also liked that there weren't so many units at this property. I thought the location made it easy to get to anything you want to do in Gulf Shores. We never had to drive far for meals or entertainment. We would return to this condo again and again. I am so glad we took this trip!

The Perfect Condo!

This condo exceeded every expectation that we had. The pictures on the website do not do it justice. It’s a beautiful condo and we enjoyed staying there. I’m already hoping to book it again next year!
