Beautiful place!

We really enjoyed our week staying in this lovely apartment. The rooms are spacious and prettily decorated and furnished, and it is very well equipped, (especially the kitchen). It was lovely to sit on the terrace looking out over the pine and olive trees, with a view of the sea. There was shade when we needed it, and usually a breeze. Getting to the shops and to the sea was quick and easy by car. We had a warm welcome, and a calm and relaxing stay. Recommended!

Wir wohnten hier 3 Wochen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön und es war alles da, was wir benötigten. Die Vermieterin ist auch sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist ruhig und man kommt schnell zu den verschiedenen Stränden (mit Auto). Auch für Kinder gut geeignet.

Schöne, große und saubere Ferienwohnung für Familien mit Kindern. Die Wohnung liegt zentral (aber ruhig) in La-Seyne-Sur-Mer. Alle Strände liegen in ca. 15 min. Entfernung (mit dem Auto). Guter Ausgangspunkt für Tagestouren nach Marseille, Aix-en-Provence oder Hyeres. Die Vermieterin ist mit informativen Ratschlägen (auch in englisch) sehr hilfsbereit.

PETIT COIN DE PARADIS A LA SEYNE SUR MER

Chaque été, nous revenons à la Seyne-sur-mer avec le même plaisir et nos vacances sont toutes les fois réussies. Mme Charançon est une proprietaire très agréable, souriante et nous fait partager de beaux endroits. Certes, Il faut prendre la voiture pour se rendre à la plage, mais cette petite contrainte est vite compensée par le calme et la fraicheur qu'offre ce bel endroit. Nous vous recommandons vivement cette location.

Très agréable location

L'appartement est très agréable, assez grand,silencieux, entouré de verdure. Il est tout à fait conforme aux photos du site. Tout est très bien entretenu et très propre.Les enfants ont un bel espace dans le jardin pour jouer, observer les tortues et câliner le chat!. Une voiture est recommandée car c'est un peu loin du centre ville et de la mer, mais en contre partie on profite sur la terrasse du calme et du soleil.

La location est très propre et bien entretenue. La cuisine très claire, bien équipée. Vous vous sentez tout de suite chez vous... L'environnement calme et agréable. Nos petites filles sont revenues ravies; Elles ont appréciées les rencontres faites dans le jardin. Merci aux propriétaires qui se sont montrés discrets et attentionnés. Une location idéale !!!

La location, conforme à la description donnée, peut accueillir quatre à cinq personnes. Les pièces sont spacieuses et colorées, décorées avec goût et originalité, au premier étage d'une maison entourée d'un assez grand jardin, avec vue sur la rade de Toulon...et avec quelques pensionnaires imprévus, de jolies petites tortues !! L'endroit est calme, respire, loin de toute agitation, et dispose d'un équipement complet : cuisine impeccable, salon confortable avec téléviseur, lecteur dvd, wi-fi... Fort bien accueillis à notre arrivée par la propriétaire, qui nous a donné de bonnes adresses pour nos balades dans la nature (îles des Embiez et du Grand Gaou, par exemple), baignades (vers Saint-Mandrier...), sans oublier un plan pour nous orienter dans La Seyne-sur-mer, nous recommandons cette location à ceux qui cherchent la lumière, le calme, le repos. Quelques statues bien placées dispensent une sérénité appréciable pour les personnes sensibles à une dimension esthétique et spirituelle.

gemühtliche Wohnung, herrlicher Balkon & Blick

Wir wohnten hier zwei Wochen mit unseren beiden Kindern und fühlten uns alle rundum wohl. Die sehr herzliche sowie zurückhaltende Vermieterin, wohnt in der unteren Etage und unterstützt gern mit Anregungen. Bereits die Auffahrt, das Grundstück sowie das Äußere des Hauses wirken einladend. Der Parkplatz liegt sicher am Haus. Die Wohnung ist ausgesprochen farbenfroh und geschmackvoll, im rustikalen Stil eingerichtet. Sie besitzt viele Fenster mit Verdunklung bzw. Hitzeschutz, die Schlafräume Insektenschutz. Der großzügige Balkon verfügt über eine große Markise, einen Grill, liegt in ruhiger oberer Hanglage, ist von Pinien umgeben und gestattet aber auch einen sehr schönen Blick auf Berge und die Hafenbucht von Toulon! In etwa 15 Minuten lassen sich mehrere Bademöglichkeiten an Strand oder Steinküste erreichen. Das mitgeführte Auto sollte hinten nicht zu tief liegen, es gibt zahlreiche problematische Straßenaufbauten zur Geschwingigkeitsreduzierung. Möglich, dass wir wieder kommen werden ...
