Dick: I am a retired general contractor and was the building trades instructor at our local campus (Applied Technology Collage, Collage of Eastern Utah, and Utah State University) for eighteen years before I retired. I built this apartment complex in the year 2010. I love people and have enjoyed meeting new people as they have stayed with us. My wife Dantzelle is a RN and has worked with San Juan Count traveling the reservation and working with the local Native Americans throw out the county.

I built this property to add to my retirement plan. I have the skills to maintain and operate this property and take pride in my guests enjoyment of it. We hope you will come stay with us and enjoy our part of the world.
