Out-side HOT TUB, grilling area with picnic tables and fire pit. Two local Museums, ATV trails, hiking in beautiful canyons, Golfing, Local swimming pool, tennis, bowling. Located 75 miles south of Moab, Utah. We are confident you will love it.

Nice weekend getaway

Welcoming property with stocked kitchen for cooking/dining! The hot tub was enjoyed by all! Location was great for traveling to national park areas for hiking & site seeing.

Loved our stay in Blanding

Our host was very flexible with us as she worked to accommodate our needs as my mother's funeral was moved from Saturday to the following Monday. It was a hard time in our lives, and it was great to have such a nice place to stay and come back to each night we were there. Very roomy, clean, and functional.

Exactly what we needed

Nice Condo in a quiet neighborhood. It had plenty of parking. Kitchen had all you would need to cook a meal. Hot Tub is really nice. Rooms were clean. If I could give the showers at this place 10 stars I would. Sometimes you just like having a good shower with plenty of pressure, and these have it. Everyone of my coworkers came came out saying how awesome the showers were. I would have no problems staying here again.

Very quiet neighborhood, the place was very nice and clean. Dick was awesome to deal with, always asked how things were and if we needed anything when we saw him. The patio outside is very nicely done, with some tables, a grill and a hot tub. great place to relax after a long day of working! Be careful with the front door, we unknowingly locked the bottom lock and walked outside, it turns even when locked on the inside, we locked ourselves out! Luckily our co-worker was inside to open it up for us. :) We would definitly stay again!

Great Place

Four of us stayed here on a motorcycle trip the place was fantastic. Very roomy and the multiple bedrooms were perfect. The only recommendation I have is for ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Just a note to other bikers, the parking lot is gravel so you will want a kickstand pad.

Fit our needs perfectly

The unit was roomy, clean, inviting, and well equipped. The location in Blanding was central to the places we wanted to visit in the area and easy to come and go as we needed. The reservation process was seamless and the unit was ready and waiting for us when we arrived.

Cleanliness is an issue

Great location, price and space. My issue was with the cleanliness. The oven, inside and out, was very dirty. Most of the dishes and cutlery were in the dishwasher, which we put away. Toothpaste splatters on the bathroom mirrors. The owner was very nice but did not wear a mask or social distance which made us very uncomfortable.

Fabulous vacation

It was a great home base to explore this area. There was 5 of us and it fit us perfectly. Nice big kitchen and living. Beds were good, hot tub and great BBQ we used. We will all definitely come back. The owner Dick was very pleasant and very helpful. Beautiful area here !!!!

Great place!

We had a large group in town for a family reunion and were fortunate enough to find this place to stay! It was spacious and clean and accomodated us all very well. The hot tub and patio area were an extra bonus. The owner was very easy to work with and responsive when we needed something. We would stay there again.

Why they chose this property

I came to Blanding UT. 50 years ago and found great people here to live among. I also found a beautiful girl to share my life with. I built Cedar Canyon apartments myself. I spent 18 years teaching building trades at the local university and have enjoyed this area and all of its outdoor activity's and splendor. I think you will enjoy it as well.
