Una splendida vacanza relax dall'1 all'8 settembre 2021, appartamento corrispondente alla descrizione e alle foto; tutti i servizi e 2 spiagge raggiungibili a piedi in pochissimo tempo, esperienza sicuramente da ripetere. Gentilissima la signora Tania al check in e al check out, peccato che la vacanza sia durata solo una settimana, speriamo di poterla ripetere presto e per più tempo

Graziosa in posizione strategica

Piccolo ma fornito di tutto, abbiamo trascorso 5 giorni in questo appartamento nel cuore di Rio Marina. Molto grazioso e in una posizione davvero ottimale, perché permette di raggiungere a piedi tutto ciò di cui si può avere bisogno (avere il Conad sotto casa ad esempio è stata una comodità notevole). Inoltre gentilissime sia la proprietaria con cui ci siamo sentiti telematicamente che la signora delle pulizie, che ci accolto nel momento del check-in. Nulla da ridire, soggiorno consigliato soprattutto per la convenienza del prezzo

Il soggiorno è stato complessivamente ottimo sia per qualità prezzo della casa dove abbiamo alloggiato sia per la posizione strategica in cui è posizionata, Tutti i servizi disponibili a due passi di numero. Il mare dell’elba credo che nn abbia bisogno di descrizioni e recensioni, parla da se, nulla da invidiare al mare della Sardegna.

Come a casa

Gentilissima e disponibile la signora Gioia, che ci ha dato tutte le informazioni fino al nostro arrivo e ci a fatto entrare in appartamento prima. L'appartamento è molto carino e dotato di tutto il necessario per passare serenamente le vacanze, asciuga capelli compreso, cosa che normalmente non troviamo, qui è disponibile, la casa è vecchia ma arredata con gusto e soprattutto è pulita, (gentilissima e simpatica anche la donna delle pulizie) altro punto a favore è la vicinanza a Panaio, Conad, Pescheria, visto che l'appartamento è situato in centro città. Per quanto riguarda le spiagge, quelle da noi preferite Topinetti e soprattutto Cala Segola che a nostro avviso e quella che più ci è piaciuta di tutta l'isola con il fondale che brilla...l'unica pecca di questo soggiorno è dato dal fatto che siamo stati talmente bene che non ci siamo resi conto che la settimana era già finita😢 la prossima volta opteremo per due settimane o più.

Ineccepibile!

L' alloggio è molto carino e ben tenuto, pulitissimo, in pieno centro storico in un vicolo pedonale con annessa piccola piazzetta, in ogni caso molto comodo il carico e lo scarico dei bagagli dalla traversa a pochi metri dal portone. Seppure la località fosse molto affollata dai turisti sicuramente l' ambiente è meno caotico rispetto ad altre località elbane che abbiamo visitato, e nello specifico la posizione di questo alloggio è decisamente tranquilla e riposante La dotazione della casa risponde alla descrizione, è completa e funzionale, molto accogliente, ci siamo veramente sentiti a casa nostra. La proprietaria è molto sollecita e gentile ma al tempo stesso discreta e riservata. Per cui ancora grazie a Gioia :)
