典型的なトスカーナスタイルの美しい独立した家で、渓谷と山を見渡す広い庭園があり、庭園には屋外のテーブルで食事をするためのバーベキューがあります。 庭園には小さなプールとサンラウンジャーで日光浴をした後に冷やすため、そして戸外を楽しむためのシャワーもあります。 2階建ての家には、簡易キッチン付きの広いリビングエリアと1階のバスルームがあり、1階には2つのベッドルームがあり、1つは小さなバルコニー付きです。ある部屋にはダブルベッドとシングルベッドがあり、他の部屋にはフレンチベッドとシングルベッドがあります。 リビングルームでは、ワインの試飲と典型的なトスカーナ産品の試飲が楽しめます。

Top holiday!!!

Nice welcome by the owners. Super friendly and helpful. Owner had provided local homemade tasty products. Adventurous road to get to the cottage but eventually managed to get there. The location is great, close to Pisa, Firenze and the coast. The cottage is all authenticity, very nice garden and beautiful view. In short, TOP holiday!

The perfect place to enjoy this side of Toscana

The stay in Buti was wonderful. We enjoyed your house in the nice village of Buti, very close to the beauties of Toscani. In the village but very quiet. The air-conditioning system was a luxury we are not familiar with but was much appreciated. Just to inform the future guest: the road to access is very strait. Don't come with a van our a large trailer... Thanks a lot

idyllisches Ferienhaus

wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Es liegt in den Bergen oberhalb des Dorfes Buti. Man ist in ein paar Minuten im Dorf und kann in dem Haus und dem Garten völlige Ruhe genießen. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, sauber und mit allen Notwendigen ausgestattet. Schön wäre in heutiger Zeit noch WLAN - wir hatten einen kl. mobilen Router dabei und haben uns dann ein Datenvolumen gekauft. Der Garten ist wunderbar zum Entspannen und Sonnen. Die Krönung ist dann der kleine Pool und die Dusche. In unserer Reisezeit war es brütend heiß und wir waren sehr dankbar für das Naß. Die Vermieter sind sehr nette freundliche Leute die stets um unser Wohl bemüht waren. Die Kommunikation verlief bestens. Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Simple but nice cottage

The house is kept buy a really nice family that is very service minded. The cottage is simple but nice enough. Location is nice close to Buti but the road leading up to the house a bit bumpy, we arrived with an electric car with low ground clearance and wasn't able to drive all the way to the driveway. We were there for the time of the yearly village party which was a pleasant surprise, if you have the opportunity to come during that time we absolutely recommend it since the party takes place just around the corner from the house. Overall simple but affordable.

Ein ideales Plätzchen zum Entschleunigen

Das Häuschen von Carlo und Carlotta befindet sich an einem sehr idyllischen Plätzchen. Man kann sich von dort gut zu kleineren Bergtouren aufmachen und ist auch schnell in Lucca,Pisa, Siena usw. Buti ist ein gemütlicher kleiner Ort. Das Häuschen befindet sich etwas abseits. Carlo und Carlotta sind sehr freundliche Gastgeber, schnell vor Ort,wenn es ein Problem gibt. Ein Backofen ist nicht vor Ort. Man muss sich mit einer Mikrowelle gut auskennen... Man kann alles ,was man braucht, in Buti frisch einkaufen.

Recommended!

As a family of with two teenagers, we had a pleasant stay in this house. It's very cosy and beautifully furnished. Most rooms are air-conditioned and the bathroom is flawless. And we had no big problems with the kitchen either. But the best thing for us was the gorgeous garden with the small pool and outdoor shower. Amazing for hot days! Did you ever want to feel like waking up in a jungle? This house is located right next to a forest, so you are bound to hear plenty of birds in the morning. For anyone who wants to live in a quiet, natural and rural area, this offer is absolutely perfect! Again, the house itself is great, but the garden is a BIG plus and will make your vacation extra special. Recommended!

Super séjour

Très agréable séjour dans une maison ancienne parfaitement rénovée, située un peu à l'écart, en haut du village avec une vue merveilleuse sur un paysage typique de la Toscane. C'est un bonheur de prendre ses repas et de se détendre au calme dans le jardin qui est très bien entretenu et agréable. Les lits sont confortables et la climatisation assure de passer de bonnes nuits. La situation du gîte permet de visiter plein de sites intéressants à 1 h de trajet : Pise, Lucques, Florence, plage, cascades de Malbaco... L'accueil que nous ont réservé Carlo et Carlotta à été très chaleureux et nous avons apprécié toutes les petites marques d'attention dont ils ont fait preuve. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Merci pour tout !

Casa incantevole immersa nella natura.

Il luogo supera di gran lunga le aspettative: un paradiso in terra! La location è suggestiva, immersa tra le colline di Buti con veduta mozzafiato a 360°, buona posizione geografica per raggiungere Firenze e Pisa. Proprietario Sig. Carlo, gentile ed estremamente disponibile. La casa è curata nei minimi particolari, tutto funzionante pulita e confortevole, in una zona tranquilla e lontana dai rumori "umani" dentro in una ricca natura.

Il paradiso all'improvviso

Posto incantevole sulle colline toscane, la casa e il giardino dotati di tutti i confort. Soggiorno indimenticabile anche grazie alla cortesia e la disponibilità del proprietario. Il posto inoltre gode di una posizione strategica in quanto ben collegato sia a Pisa che a Firenze, che abbiamo avuto modo di visitare, ed è vicino a vari ristoranti tipici dove abbiamo a volte cenato. Da ritornaci sicuramente!

La casa dal panorama mozzafiato

Posto magnifico immerso nella natura. La casa è deliziosa ,accogliente e dotata di ogni confort. Stesso discorso vale per lo spazio all esterno, curatissimo è molto caratteristico. Tutto curato nei minimi dettagli. Il proprietario è una persona estremamente ospitale e premurosa che si mette a disposizione per garantire un soggiorno indimenticabile ai propri ospiti. Una bellissima esperienza per staccare la spina dalla vita frenetica della città . Un posto in cui ci ritorni di sicuro è che consiglio davvero a tutti!

"LE POIANE" relax tra natura e storia

Una delle migliori vacanze della nostra vita. Casale immerso nel silenzio della natura ma allo stesso tempo a poche centinaia di metri dal borgo medioevale di Buti dove si possono trovare diversi ristoranti tipici in cui abbiamo assaggiato specialità toscane. Giardino attrezzato con tutti i confort e la possibilità di cenare all'aperto in totale privacy. Consiglio a tutti questa vacanza per rilassarsi ma allo stesso tempo visitare Pisa,Firenze,Lucca e il meraviglioso litorale toscano.

il ns soggiorno al Casale le Poiane è stato incantevole , sia per l'ospitalità , l'accoglienza , la pulizia, la location è particolare immersa in un bosco ma al centro delle principali città toscane
