An absolutely excellent getaway!!! Completely tucked away from the real-world!!! We were completely wrapped in the lovely wonders of the Juniata Cabin and the lovely surrounding area!! We got to wake to the river and sounds of nature each morning!!! The peace and quiet is astounding! The kitchen is well stocked and clean! Each bedroom is unique. The screened in porch is a stellar place for morning coffee, watching the fish jump, and a most lovely relaxing space in the evening after catching an unbelievable amount of fish!! Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful home with us!!

Our family had such a lovely time at the cabin! We spent tons of time lounging on the screened in porch soaking up the peace. We also spent time kayaking and tubing. The cabin was cozy and clean, and the host was gracious, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

We liked the cabin well enough. We wished it would have been easier to get the kayaks into the water or to go fishing by the cabin. The upstairs was very warm at night. But all in all, the cabin was fine.

The house fit out needs perfectly. Was very clean and had everything we needed. The host was very responsive. The river access was improved which was a nice surprise. Would be awesome if there was a better way to fish from the bank because the property sits about 20'-30' above the water. But we made it work. Having access to kayaks made it fun. The gas grill needs some work but other than that, we had another great trip and plan to do it again next year!

Peaceful place along the river with all the comforts of home. This delightful cottage brought to mind so many great memories of days gone by. It was only the two of us this trip, myself and my husband, but I think this would be a fantastic little getaway for our whole family.

We love coming here

We come to this cabin every year-- five years in a row now-- and we love it. It's clean, comfortable, the bird watching is excellent, and it's so quiet and relaxing. If this property ever went up for sale I'd buy it so fast.
