Modern Suncadia Retreat w/Private Pool & Hot Tub

Beautiful Custom Home with traditional exterior and sleek modern interior. 3 King and 1 Full bedroom. Three private bedroom baths, one hall bath and main floor powder. Bunk room sleeps 6. Sleeps a maximum 11 adults. Private pool and hot tub overlooking the 11th hole on Prospector Golf Course. Large pool deck has a putting green with a stand up social bar and outdoor ping pong table. Garage has been converted into a Game room with air hockey, foosball, video arcade console machine, vintage skee ball, and TV with an XBOX 1.

The pool is open from Memorial Day Weekend until September 30th. The Hot Tub is open all year.

PLEASE NOTE: THE POOL CANNOT BE REOPENED ONCE IT IS CLOSED FOR THE SEASON.

Our home is intended for family vacations. Our home is NOT available for company events, weddings of any size, bachelor/bachelorette parties OR any other type of large gathering/party that exceeds the maximum number of guests permitted to stay per the rental contract.

Loved staying at this home for a few days! the kids loved the pool, hot tube and game room. It's in a beautiful location close to everything. I highly recommend staying here for a vacation short or long.

Fantastic property

Everything you want and need. Awesome location, very clean and well maintained. Kitchen is stocked with everything. Game room is amazing for everyone. Sledding right behind the house. Had a fantastic time.

Great vacation spot

We loved our stay at the Suncadia Retreat! The house was perfect for a large family - kids loved the pool and the house was well-equipped. Communication with the host was prompt and some small issues outside of their control with the pool were promptly addressed. Looking forward to returning!

This home had plenty of room for all our guests. It was also very well stocked. The owner was also super responsive to any issues that arose and had them fixed quickly!

The Best Ever

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful time! The house was clean and had everything we needed. The pool was too cold for us, but the hot tub was huge and made for a fun substitute for the pool. The house was full of games and fun extras that really made our trip extra special. The memories made here will be treasured.

Luxurious weekend getaway

Big house with high end kitchen and baths, wonderful pool and big hot tub. Game room was the focal point for our family because of the weather, but there was nothing that we wanted that this house didn’t have. Can’t wait to stay here again! The elk and deer right outside the pool fence was a great surprise too! We truly felt like we were on vacation!

Family Vacation

It was amazing! There was everything you could need and more! The fact that 3 bedrooms had their own bathroom made it perfect and convenient for the adults. Having all the things to keep every age entertained was the best- and being able to make so many memories with our family was something we will never forget and will look forward to for years to come! Highly recommend!

Amazing family getaway

This vacation house had everything for our extended family and friends. There were three rooms with private bathrooms, perfect for three couples and families. Plus another large guest room, and a huge bunkroom with six bunk beds. The game room was perfect for our group which had five kids. And then there is the pool and hot tub which entertained our family all day. Gloria maintained great communication before and during our stay. Everyone in our party had a fantastic time and we look forward to coming again!

Thanksgiving gathering

It was a perfect spot for us to make happy memories! Everything was super clean! The kitchen was well equipped The beds were very comfortable with lovely bed linens ! As a group of 12 we collectively only had two suggestions… more seating in the living room( to accommodate all 12 of us) and perhaps a few washcloths ! That said this home is above and beyond comfortable and luxurious! The owner was available and responsive and so pleasant! Our family felt pampered and would go back for sure! A bonus was the amazing herd of Elk that appeared a few times to Graze in our front yard along with many deer! The trails and playgrounds were great for all ages to enjoy! A special place for sure!

Beautiful home

We enjoyed this holiday getaway in beautiful home. Positives: good location, kitchen well stocked, owner communicated quickly, fun game room! Hot tub was amazingNegatives: owner does not supply any wash cloths in bathrooms or kitchen - at all! For price point of this rental they need to provide wash cloths! Refrigerator was dirty, we had to clean, when we arrived. You need to download a separate app to get access to the home so not user friendly (use a door code please) Also, no access to suncadia rec center which wasn’t stated on listing. Again, for this price point we should have access. Minimal holiday decor. Other home we rented was decorated for the holidays which was so nice!

We just returned from our stay and have mixed feelings. The house itself is beautiful; very spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The pool is incredible, the hot tub (when on) is great, the rooms are comfortable, the kitchen is nice, and the game room was a big hit with our group.That said, there were some significant issues that made our stay less enjoyable than we had hoped.Gas smell by the pool: There was a very strong smell of natural gas outside. When I called the host, I was told this was “normal,” but it did not feel safe and I believe there may be a leak.First night double-booked: Despite booking months in advance, we were told at the last minute that we could not stay our first night because the property was double-booked. The host arranged a couple of resort rooms for us, but they were nowhere near comparable to the house we reserved. Having guys flying in from all over the country for our annual golf trip, this was a major inconvenience and really put a damper on things.Coffee maker broken: The drip coffee pot didn’t work. The host provided a Keurig and pods, but we had purchased coffee and filters hoping to use the larger pot.Hot tub restrictions: The hot tub is only available from 5pm to midnight, so we couldn’t enjoy it in the mornings when it would have been perfect.

Memorable Labor Day Weekend Stay Despite the Smoke from Nearby Fire

Five stars all around for the beautiful vacation home, its furnishing, pool, hot tub, games, and Gloria! We were 3 families with a total of 6 adults and 4 kids with ages between 5 and 7. Everybody had a good time inside and outside the house. We ended up spending more time indoor due to the smoke from the nearby Jolly Mountain fire. But, when the smoke was not so bad, we were outside biking, swimming, playing the provided lawn games, and just hanging out by the outdoor fireplace. Indoor we had many options from movies, board games, games in the game room, and the kids at some point had lots of fun playing hide and seek. The kitchen is very functional and beautiful. Gloria was a gracious host. Communication with her was excellent and she had a welcome basket of goodies waiting for us when we checked in--thank you Gloria!! We would love to come back!

Beautiful Home

We had a wonderful winter family staycation in this beautiful home. Would love to come back and stay again in the summer! The game room was a big hit, the kitchen was well equipped and the beds were very comfortable! The home was very clean and well maintained. We will be back!

Awesome vacation for family!

I brought my family together for a week. The total experience was incredible. The home with a great kitchen, pool, hot tub, were accentuated by the Elk and deer we saw everyday. My grandkids asked if we could come back next summer. Absolutely!

We stayed here for a family reunion. Loved the house and kitchen has a great amount of tools and dishes. The kids and adults loved the pool and hot tub and beautiful, peaceful surroundings.

Family Vacation

We had a great week at the property. Only couple incident was a bear the knows how to open the garbage door and pull over the garbage bins on the last night we were there, and internet/Wi-Fi issues the first couple days, but got fixed. Very clean and very nice. Definitely interested in renting again. Gorgeous area to spend time in.

We fell in love with Suncadia years ago and decided we wanted to have a vacation home here. After careful lot consideration, we came across 501 Maple Leaf Loop. We are ecstatic to share our home with you. We hope that you will love it as much as we do.

What makes this property unique

One of our favorite aspects of our home is the view of the golf course from the pool deck. It is peaceful and relaxing.
