This semi-detached barn conversion in the vibrant town of Brixham can sleep up to six people in three bedrooms.

Swift barn is a beautiful semi-detached barn conversion near the town of Brixham in the English Riviera. Host to three bedrooms comprising of two super king-size doubles and one twin sleeping a total of six people. You will also find an open-plan living area with kitchen, dining and sitting area with a woodburning stove. Outside is a shared garden and summer house. Swift barn is surrounded by vivacious landscape, the perfect escape to the country, for families and/or friends. Please note: One well behaved dog welcome.

Amenities: Oil central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer, fridge, freezer. TV, WiFi, selection of books. BBQ (charcoal is not included). Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and possibly a stair gate. One well behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Pub and shop 1.4 miles. Garden and summer house. shared with Swallow Barn.

Town: Brixham is a working fishing harbour located on the southern side of Torbay, the area known as The English Riviera, famed for its sunny mild climate all year round. The focal point of the harbour is a life size replica of The Golden Hind, Sir Francis Drake’s ship. Brixham is the ideal destination for a traditional holiday with many family attractions around Torbay including two Blue Flag beaches, Paignton Zoo and many regattas and maritime events throughout the year. There are a host of safe cycle trails in the area, the South West Coastal Path and some of the best golf courses in the region.
