1 Bdrm 1Bath In The Marigny Triangle Steps To French Quarter And Frenchmen St.
The apartment has a private entrance and a great vibe as soon as you walk in. The living room has a love seat and chair and is a great spot to relax and watch the flat screen TV or listen to some music on the Bose BT speaker. The living room is open to the dining room which has a dining table and chairs. The balcony is off dining room and is a great spot for morning coffee. The bedroom has a comfortable queen size mattress with Egyptian cotton sheets and some cool lights that make it very cozy. The full kitchen is stocked with Keurig coffee maker, tea, and any cooking supplies you might need. In addition to the bathroom there is another area with a make up table that gives you some extra space for getting ready. Apartment is a comfortable 600 sq ft. Washer and dryer are off the courtyard in back of main house. My place is 1 block from the French Quarter and 1.5 blocks from Frenchmen St. It's between Bourbon and Royal. Just doesn't get any better than that.
I also have a 2/2 that is the main house of this property. It can be combined with apartment for a 3/3.
I have a parking pass for 1 vehicle which is Golden in New Orleans. There is a $250 fee if it's not left in the apartment when you leave. $25 fee for late early check in, late check out/luggage storage if available.

About Pam Johnston
New Orleans has been a part of me from the first time I went. I love great food, music and football so its a natural fit. I was so fortunate and excited to have found this home that I decided to share it with others when I wasn't there. I"ve meet some really cool people and have enjoyed listening to people describe their time in NOLA and conversation about whats going on in their lives. Gotta love the Saints for better or worse. Been going since I was a kid. WHO DAT!!! Laissez les boys temps rouler!!!!

Why Pam Johnston chose Faubourg Marigny
When this property became available I was so excited at the possibility of having a place in NOLA and being in this location made it even better. It was one of those things that just fell into place. It was such a fun project. You couldn't pick on a map a better location. It's amazing to me every time I walk out the door. Steps away from the French Quarter and Frenchmen but still has a cool neighborhood feel .
What makes this Apartment unique
When I walked in this apartment for the first time I new it could be definitely be a fun spot. It has a nice private entrance and when you walk into the room it's bright with tall ceilings, nice bookcases with a fireplace in the middle(decorative now) and dining room with french doors open to the balcony. The location can't be beat.

My boyfriend and I celebrated his birthday in NOLA. This place was in a perfect spot, we walked everywhere (our legs were killing us by day 3). The decor is amazing and a fun New Orleans feel, we loved having the balcony doors open, and sitting out there in the mornings. Overall, a great place to stay.
This is a great apartment in the perfect location. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Friends who stopped by were a bit jealous and Pam was a great host who checked on us after we arrived to make sure everything was ok. Thank you for sharing your place Pam!!
Your very welcome Linda. So glad you had a great time!
Sweet time in NOLA!
Pam is an awesome host! Thank you so much for being so kind and responding so quickly to all my questions about NOLA!
Great Apartment / Perfect Location
My husband and I had a great stay. The apartment met our needs perfectly. I would definitely come back sometime.
My husband and I have been vacationing in New Orleans for 15+ years and this was our first time staying in the Marigny. We’ve always enjoyed the nightlife on Frenchmen Street but spending time in the Marigny during the day gave us an entirely new experience. We absolutely fell in love with the neighborhood and Petite Sweet Spot. Pam is a perfect host and a great source of information about restaurants in the area. She recommended Cake Café on Chartres for breakfast and it gave us an opportunity to visit a lesser known corner of the neighborhood. The service at Cake Café was excellent and I’ll return again for the crab cake sandwich! Petite Sweet Spot is on a quiet street near a little pub where we joined locals to watch Sunday football and root for the Saints. The apartment itself is clean, cozy and well-appointed. Pam’s attention to small details like the well-lit vanity nook definitely set Petite Sweet Spot apart from other rentals. The bed was also quite comfortable and the blinds in the bedroom were sufficient to keep out the light on the mornings we slept in. I am reluctant to give Petite Sweet Spot such a stellar review only because it may become so popular that we won’t find it available when we plan our next trip to New Orleans!
Hi Nicole and thanks for the great review. Our location is really the best of both worlds. It's walkable to the action but quiet when it's time to relax. So great to meet ya'll. Pease do come back. Have a great holiday!!
Sweet, simple and was close to where we wanted to be.
My wife and I really enjoyed staying here for our honeymoon. We had looked at a lot of places but felt the Petite Sweet Spot was a great location to be walking distance to the French Quarter and close to a lot of the very nice restaurants/cafes, music venues, and galleries off Frenchman St. Will be recommending and revisiting on return trips to New Orleans!

My home is in the Marigny Triangle between Royal and Bourbon. The French Quarter is 1 block and Frenchmen St. is 1.5 blocks. When you have had enough it's nice to come home and slow it down a bit. We are on a residential street. We have wonderful neighbors and you must respect that it is THEIR neighborhood.
