Situado en la planta baja de un edificio neoclásico de mármol, el Acropolis Koukaki Loft ha sido completamente renovado a finales de mayo de 2018. Tiene una decoración única que combina un estilo moderno y clásico para que los huéspedes se sientan como en casa. Su ventaja adicional es su hermoso y tranquilo jardín donde los huéspedes pueden desayunar o tomar una copa después de una larga caminata.

El elegante loft ha sido totalmente equipado para cada necesidad. Espectacular

El alojamiento de Ioli es incrible, muy buena ubicacion, al lado de todo para llegar caminando a gran parte de las atracciones de atenas. Ioli es muy amable y siempre atenta y preocuoada, dejo cosas muy ricas para nuestra llegada, cafe , galletas , agua , mermeladas y mantequilla. El departamento es muy amplio y limpio, sabanas y toallas impecable, camas comodas y todo lo necesario para estar varios dias. Nos encanto la terraza donde disfrutamos mucho durante las noches. Mucha gracias Ioli por tu amabilidad y preocupacion , esperamos volver algun dia, si vas a chile no dudes en contactarnos

Such an awesome choice ... Wonderful welcome and very convivial. They even provided local breads / treats which was especially helpful given that we arrived late Sunday afternoon. Everything was within walking distance and added so much spice to our Athens visit. Mini Market nearby, Laundry nearby, within a few minutes' walk of a very nice restaurant location ... Thoroughly recommend for a unique special Athens adventure :) Wonderful hostess and wonderful apartment.

Wonderful stay and excellent place to retreat from the heat and noise of the streets while still being within easy access to all favourite sights. We enjoyed our stay, including late night sessions of Ms. PAC Man over Greek wine and beer.

Best VRBO EVER!

My wife, teenage daughter and I stayed here at end of July and can categorically say that this was the best VRBO stay we’ve had - and we’ve stayed at many, many properties over the years! Perfectly situated to suit our needs, in the historic centre, with easy walking distance to the Acropolis, markets at Monastariki, and many restaurants. The loft was a great touch as was the garden area and the retro video game (Ms PacMan!!) What really set this property apart though was the host, Ioli! Simply the best - for example, wine, food and water supplied at check-in just in case it was late or we were tired from travels etc……who does that??!!! Well, Ioli does! She was super helpful ahead of and at check-in; explaining everything about the property, the area and introducing the dog and cats as well as her niece and mom. The apartment itself was very well appointed and very clean as well. The guest book was a nice touch and contained many restaurant recommendations that we took advantage of (Smile was especially good!). Definitely recommend Ioli’s apartment and will return!

Perfect place for traveling with kids or group, location is excellent with short walk to the acropolis all the restaurants and museums are around you The place is very clean and roomy making you feel at home ,with a private outdoor garden perfect for relaxing. Amazing property and hostess

We wish there were more than five stars- maybe 20!? Ioli is a gracious and thoughtful hostess. The property is in a perfect location and nicely appointed with everything you could need, including a Ms PAC Man video game! :). We highly recommend this property. We stayed 6 days and wished it was 6 months!!!

Our Athens dream trip

We had the most spectacular time. The condo was situated in a quiet, quaint neighborhood near everything we wanted to be close to, but a sweet haven away from the noise and crowds. Our host was so warm, welcoming, vivacious and enjoyable. She left special surprises in our condo for us to enjoy and was always available for questions, concerns and conversation. She made our whole experience of Athens even more enjoyable.

Great stay

What an amazing loft apartment in the heart of Athens! Travelled with my 3 young adult children. The place was spacious for all of us. We really loved to hang out in the garden to relax. The location couldn’t be better to visit Acropolis and neighboring sites. Ioli was a great host who helped us with dinner reservations and taxi to the airport. Highly recommend

Every aspect of the experience during our 3-day stay at this property met and exceeded our expectations. The host was very responsive, courteous and accommodating. The property was clean and spacious, and the location was convenient. We'd definitely recommend it without reservation.

Great place to stay in superb location

We recently stayed at the Acropolis loft with a garden for 3 nights in October. Ioli was very welcoming and knowledgable of the area, with great recommendations near to the loft. We arrived later in the evening than was originally expected and was checked in by Ioli herself, with lots of information and no fuss!! The lot itself is so well equipped. Our son (and us) loved the Miss PacMan game and the small touches of breakfast items for our first day were so helpful. It was a perfect start to our short stay in Athens, after 3 weeks offgrid on Kythira. The location was spot on, an easy walk to the Acropolis, safe area and full of interesting shops, cafes and places to eat! We really Loved it. Thanks to Ioli for her hospitality and lovely loft for us to stay! We will definitely be back next time we are in Greece. Highly recommended!!!

Central Location

Loli has a perfect host! She met us at the apartment and showed us around. She had bread, jam and fruit for us to start our day. The location is great for all the sights in central Athens.

Wonderful Stay in Athens!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our 3 day stay on in this well-appointed apartment. Ioli, the host, was extremely welcoming, and excellent communicator, informed of us of all the local restaurants, events, and places to visit during our stay. The loft-style apartment had everything that we needed and more - and looks and feels as advertised. It is extremely spacious, the bed was comfortable, air conditioning worked well, and the hot shower was fantastic! The outdoor courtyard was very quiet and peaceful and made for relaxing morning lounging with our coffee. The property is conveniently located very close to Plaka and the Acropolis (10 minute walk) and many of the historical sites and museums in the city. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this apartment to couples and small families when visiting Athens.

VRBO in Athens

The apartment was awesome! It was very spacious and very clean! The location was in walking distance to many attractions (Acropolis, Plakka, Syntagma Square). Our host iloli was amazing!!! She answered every text in record time before and during our trip. She is very friendly. She gave us wonderful recommendations and “tips.” This is the place to stay!!!! We had a fabulous time!!

Great stay in Koukaki

Ioli’s loft apartment is very comfortable and well placed in the city. Local streets are quieter with great coffee shops and restaurants nearby, but the apartment is only a 10 minute walk from all the busy Acropolis surrounding areas (Plaka). Ioli had some great recommendations and was very quick to respond to requests.

Athens summer stay

We had a wonderful stay in Ioli's Koukaki Luxury Loft. Some explanation about my full star rating: - location: Koukaki is not the most touristy central district in Athens but it works to it's advantage. It is very close to the main attraction in Athens (a 5 to 10 minutes walk to the Acropolis entrance and Acropolis museum) and close enough to most vibrant districts (Plaka, Psiri) which are located around the acropolis. At the same time, it is close to restaurants that I feel are more authentic than those you will find in Plaka and also cheaper. - Check in process and communication with property manager: Ioli is a great host, she was very friendly and helpful with us! The property is really spacious which was really great for our family and young children. It contrasts with some properties that are highly optimized for space and try to cram as many beds as possible. We really appreciated that aspect, especially in a busy capital city such as Athens. We really recommend this property, it really made our stay unique and memorable!

Extremely clean, wonderful host, great location

This apartment was perfect for our my husband and me and our two adult children. Walkable to Philopappos Hill and monument for an unforgettable sunset. Wonderful local cafes and restaurants nearby. Ioli provided breakfast foods for us, including juice in the refrigerator. We enjoyed the patio in the evenings and appreciated the immaculately clean lodging for our short, two night stay.

Great way to visit Athens

Location of the loft is perfect. Walking distance to everything there is to visit. Even more though, the loft itself is beautiful and very comfortable. Open and airy feeling, and tastefully decorated. Host is amazing. Personal check in, breakfast items and drinks provided. It could not have been a better experience. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Athens.

Perfectly Located, Amazing Hosts, and a Delightful Stay!**

We had the pleasure of staying at this VRBO in the heart of Athens, and it exceeded all of our expectations! The location is unbeatable, just a 20-minute walk to the Acropolis entrance, and key sites, and mere minutes away from fantastic restaurants, especially those serving to-die-for breakfasts. The hosts, Maria and Ioli, were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Maria, a history teacher, was our go-to for any questions about Greek history, enriching our stay with fascinating insights. They provided us with guidebooks, excellent recommendations, and were always responsive to our queries on WhatsApp. Former guests have left recommendations for future guests - so don't forget to leave your recommendations. The apartment itself was well-stocked - Ioli kindly provided us with fresh fruit, juices, water, and various breakfast foods and snacks. This was especially appreciated as we were tired from our travels and it allowed us to relax and recharge without needing to venture out immediately. This VRBO truly felt like a home away from home. We can't recommend it enough and will definitely be back on our next trip to Athens!

The Acropolis Koukaki loft is located at 46 Zacharitsa st. at the picturesque Koukaki area just below the Acropolis. Make a plan to visit one of the city’s fine museums like the Acropolis Museum, the National Museum of Contemporary Art , the Lalaounis Jewelry Museum which can be reached on foot. The Parthenon, Pnyx, Odeum of Herodes Atticus, Plaka –the village-like part of Athens, Monastiraki, Thissio ,Filopappos Hill, are also within a walking distance from the loft. The area is well connected by metro (Syggrou-Fix metro station is just 400m away) , trolley buses, buses, trams-which can take you to the lovely Athenian beaches as well as taxis which can take you everywhere at very affordable prices. Guests will find a variety of restaurants, bars and shops (supermarkets, pharmacies, ATMs etc) within a 2 min walk from the loft.
