Erica place is absolutely beautiful—clean, spacious, and well put together. You can tell there’s real pride in how everything is maintained. The layout was perfect for our group, and everything we needed was right there.The highlight? The view. Pictures don’t do it justice—peaceful, picturesque, and the kind of vibe you don’t want to leave. Whether it was morning coffee or winding down in the evening, it hit every time.Location was solid too—close to everything but still gave that relaxed, getaway feel.Erica was a great host—responsive, easy to work with, and made the whole experience smooth.No question—we’d stay here again. Highly recommend.

The place was in a perfect location, close to several shops and restaurants. It was very clean. The master bed was a little hard for me, but im used to a memory foam mattress.

Exceptional Condo

We really enjoyed this condo. It was exceptionally clean and had all the necessities needed for the trip. The balcony overlooked the pool and beach which also presented a great view for sunsets. Easy walking distance to Peer Park. Owners where great to work with! Would rent again!

Condo was wonderful! Very clean and stocked with everything we needed! So thankful it was on the 3rd floor. Very close to elevator. Which we did not use much due to the wait but being on the 3rd floor was very easy to take the stairs! Loved how close it was to Pier Park! Walked to supper nightly and shopping. Thanks for the wonderful memories!

Another awesome week in the sun!

This was our third time visiting PCB and it has yet to disappoint. We loved the location of this condo as it provides easy access to the parking garage and beach without waiting for elevators. The owners were easy to work with and very accommodating and even allowed an early check in which was very much appreciated after a 22 hour drive from Minnesota! The beach is as nice as any you'll find and the pools and grounds were well maintained. We traveled with a group of five families this year and love the fact that Calypso offers a wide variety of layouts so each family can choose the right fit for them. Thanks again for sharing your condo. We had a fantastic week!

Perfect stay

It was great! Location was perfect! It was walking distance to everything and Pier Park. Same floor as parking bridge made it so easy for loading and unloading. Also same floor as gym was great. Beautiful view! The condo had everything we needed and spacious. Kitchen was stocked with most things we needed and plenty of dishes/silverware. It didn’t have any food storage containers for leftovers and no oven mitts . Being on 3rd floor was great to not have to wait on elevator. And having 2 chairs and an umbrella for the beach was awesome! Beds were comfortable and rooms had plenty of space. 3rd room is small but fine for kids/ teens.Loved our stay!! We will be back!

Great location

This condo is in the best location. The rental comes with free chairs and one umbrella. Make sure you wake up early your first day there and reserve yours. They give it to you for the entire stay. The only bad thing I would say is the guest bed is broken. The headboard hit the wall anytime you moved. The bunk room is way smaller than it shows in the pic. I brought two teen girls so my daughter just put her suitcase in the big laundry room. The owner was extremely kind and answered my call when I got mixed up trying to get into the room. Again this location was so good that anything negative was completely overlooked. Thank you for letting us rent it for the week.

Little disappointed but a Good time

When we arrived we found the condo wasn’t stocked with what was to be the bare minimum of things. Such as dish cloths, dish towels (we had to purchase our own), barely any utensils at all to cook with, the couple of pieces of cookware that was there was peeling the Teflon coating (had to buy a skillet), just had a couple of forks, spoons, so we ended up buying plastic. I didn’t know I was gonna have to stock the kitchen essentials just to cook a few meals. We brought our own towels and wash cloths or we wouldn’t have had enough of them either. We ended up enjoying our girls trip but for 7 days the price was (over 4200$) and what we had to purchase ourselves we won’t rent again.

Week at the beach

We had a great time! Condo was clean and comfortable. Right next to Pier Park and walking distance to many things. Being on 3rd floor meant no hassle waiting on elevators. Great view from balcony. Would stay here again!

Great location!

We have stayed several places in PCB but we enjoyed this one the most. Traffic can be heavy at times but those are usually the ones when you can walk somewhere and avoid it. We loved that we were on a lower floor and could use stairs to get to the condo versus waiting for the elevator every time as well as walk directly across the skywalk to the parking garage. The condo was updated and nicely decorated. We also loved the large walk in closets which kept our clutter out of the way.

Location =AMAZING. Condo= OK

Location was amazing The! owner was extremely communicative and pleasant. However, in paperwork emailed to us, we were told that we would get Calypso beach chairs and umbrella, it was sent to us by mistake and owner did not honor the mistake. She told us there were beach chairs and umbrella in closet...umbrella was broken. We went out and bought two, and left one there for future renters. The condo itself was nice, but lacking cooking pots/pans and cyps/glasses for drinking. Condo is updated, but wear and tear is showing. We would stay here again, if owner dropped price a bit. Again, she was pleasant, but we have been coming to PCB for 7yrs, I have NEVER left a mediocre review, this time I had to.

Calypso west tower

Our stay was amazing as always. Started off witha few a hiccups but property Manger was on top of it all and everything was rolling as it should have. Great customer service great communication great place for families so close to everything! Would def recommend this unit!

enjoyable PCB stay

We've stayed at Calypso before, and this unit is a fine example: clean, conveniently located, everything we needed. I would have given the location 5 stars except for Sat. traffic (you have to accept it in PCB). Mostly we walked everywhere. We would stay in this unit again.

Spring Break 2021

My sister and I and our families stayed her for spring break! The weather was not as warm as expected. The resort was in a great location and there was lots to do for our kids! We had a great time however ended up leaving a day early due to the weather being in the 50s and cold and windy. I was a little disappointed with the closing of one of the pools and fitness room. There was a lot of construction going on too. Overall it was a great trip. If you have teenagers this is a great place to visit! Thank you Deann for your help and quick response to all my questions. The condo was nice just needs some tlc on the cabinets! Thank you to the owners for letting us stay in your condo!

Holiday Getaway!

This property is exactly how it looks in the photos! Absolutely beautiful accomodations and great location. Condo was very clean and beds are comfortable. We have been vacationing at Panama City Beach for many years. The condo is close to Pier Park and all the activities. The airport is only a short drive, making everything extremely accessible!
