Arty and comfortable apartment

My apartment combines the original vibe of a 1925 apartment with the comfort of a recent 2015 renovation. It is positioned in a popular, non-touristy, neighborhood with fast connections to Amsterdam's epicenter. Perfect for couples.

My apartment is about 65m2 and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. It's light and has a nice level of convenience and decoration. Large living room, separate good size bedroom, separate bathroom with bath, separate toilet, two small balconies.

You will be able to enjoy a large living room with a modern open kitchen (well equipped with an oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, water kettle, coffee machine). A bedroom (14m2) with a double bed (1.60x 2.00) and wardrobe. A comfortable bathroom with sink, bathtub and washing machine. A separate toilet in the hallway next to the entrance (inside the apartment) There are two balconies, one at the front (east), one at the back (west).

I will be available during your stay to give you advise on your trip or in case you encounter issues or questions with regard to the apartment.

Take care: The apartment is on the second floor, so there is a staircase to climb, no elevator. The bedroom is at the front. There is double glazing so with the windows closed it is silent. You will hear city sounds with the window opened. If you prefer sleeping in separate beds, I can setup a single fold-out bed in the living room for you.
