All 3 bedrooms offer comfortable queen beds with nice quality cotton bedding (no microfiber or polyester), TV’s and rain showers. The modern master bathroom has a multi jet shower and a stand up soaking bath.
The family room is very convivial with a giant screen tv, ultra comfortable deep seating sofa , a wine bar.
The other living room also features an extra large velvet sofa, providing more space for relaxing time or kids corner.
The fully furnished modern kitchen is equipped with high end appliances and white Italian marble counter top.
The large heated and deep swimming pool features a hot tub and a shallow beach side perfect for kids, and overlooks 125 feet on water, (one fix bridge to the ocean ; 12 feet clearance through lake Santa Barbara). This house has the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing vacation in Sunny Florida..2 bbq’s, an outdoor bar with a mini fridge, 2 kayaks, yoga mats, a wonderful covered patio where guests can enjoy the canal breeze at all time.
Boaters are welcome to dock for the night or more. Booking should be made at least 3 days prior to arrival. The driveway can park two cars. Located in a quiet neighborhood, guests are kindly asked to maintain a decent noise level at night outside. Events are not permitted while renting the house.
This house is also a perfect solution for long term stay . Year lease will be considered. Sublease absolutely not permitted and will be legally addressed.
