Beautiful condo, perfect location. 5 houses from great wide beach. Only complaint was the TVs had “no signal” and no directions on how to stream or use them.

Thank you for your positive review. We are very pleased that you enjoyed your stay. I am sorry that you had trouble with the TV and regret that you didn't notify me in time to correct the issue. As it turns out there wasn't anything wrong with the TV signal. The Roku was showing the screen saver and unfortunately the previous guest had misplaced the Roku remote under the couch. Without the remote you cannot go to the Roku home screen and access all of the TV's content. I will be adding Roku instructions to our Welcome/Information Letter.

Best location we have ever stayed on the north end! Away from craziness of boardwalk but easy to walk to the craziness for the nights we wanted to. Steps from the beach was convenient with small kids. Plus the outdoor shower at the end of the beach day was perfect. Was ok with the third floor walk up but did miss having the balcony/porch space to sit out on. There is a stoop area outside both doors but it’s very small. The house was clean and very comfortable with thoughtful decoration through out. Bob was very kind and responsive. This was one of our best visits yet.

Location, location, location! This condo was SO close to the beach and boardwalk - even closer than I realized looking at the map! It was perfect for my teen daughter, two of her friends and me, as they could easily go out on their own since everything was so walkable. We had a great time!

Great property and great location

We loved this condo for our family stay in Ocean City. Condo was clean and perfect location for the beach and boardwalk. Owner was very responsive with issues at the condo and sent someone to fix it within a day. Quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed our stay and would stay at this location again.
