About Joe and Laurie Mazzeo
We live in Connecticut and started going to Vero Beach in 2010. We fell in love with Vero and decided to invest in this charming upscale seaside town. Since we are both still working full time we are renting and visit when we can. We know you will love Vero Beach and The Racquet Club as much as we do and will want to continue to visit and enjoy this very special place.
Joe and Laurie Mazzeo purchased this Condo in 2013
Why Joe and Laurie Mazzeo chose Central Beach
We wanted to be walking distance to town (1/2 mile to the center of town). Love the other owners here, managed very well and great ocean views and breezes.
What makes this Condo unique
Sometimes its hard to get yourself out the door because the views are breath taking and there is always an ocean breeze. Sitting on the balcony is heaven! We also love being on the top floor, best views and no one walking above you.
No pets and no smoking

Great 👍 place. Clean, properly equipped, friendly people and wonderful location.
My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay at The Raquet Club in Vero Beach, Florida. The location was perfect, a very easy walk to the beach, the shops and the restaurants.
The condo itself, was spotless, well equipped and extremely comfortable. We're hoping to go back next year. Roseanne
