Se trata de una casa construida por el lujo y la diversión en la playa! La casa de 6 dormitorios cuenta con dos suites frente al mar principal, dos grandes suites King adicionales y dos suites con camas dobles queen! Todas las habitaciones tienen baños en suite y ningún detalle se pasó por alto! de televisión en todas las habitaciones, camas de gama alta / ropa de cama, decoración de lujo y mucho más.

La sala de estar cuenta con una gran cocina gourmet, grandes áreas para el entretenimiento, mesa de comedor para 14 personas, increíble piscina de borde infinito, espaciosos espacios al aire libre y acceso "en la playa" a las playas de Tamarindo y Langosta. Dé un paseo por la playa a uno de los bares de la playa o locales se pose en su propia silla con vistas a todo ...

La casa se ubica en una comunidad privada / cerrada con acceso carretera pavimentada y la seguridad. Situado sobre un acantilado con vistas a la preciosa Bahía Tamarindo (Tamarindo Bay), las vistas son magníficas y su acceso a la playa es un paseo de 1 minuto por nuestro camino privado a la mejor parte de la playa de Tamarindo. A dos minutos a pie por el otro camino privado que pone en bien directamente sobre las arenas blancas de Playa Langosta o el punto / promontorio junto con unas vistas impresionantes!

En el lado mar de la casa en la que encontrará un montón de espacio para extenderse y disfrutar de su rincón del paraíso ... comer al aire libre, bochas, una configuración personalizada "maíz hoyos", hamacas y cómodas sillas le permiten tomar todo en justo afuera de su casa. ligera elevación de la casa permite al mando de vistas de la playa y la bahía y al mismo tiempo dando a los clientes la privacidad natural a partir de las pocas personas que eligen caminar hacia esta parte de la playa / bahía.

La ciudad es un paseo corto (10-12 minutos en la playa) o una unidad de tres minutos, proporcionando un fácil acceso a todas las tiendas, restaurantes y vida nocturna que "Tama-Town" ofrece ... mientras que cuanto más cerca / más tranquilo Playa Langosta juega acoger a un gran número de excelentes opciones para comer, así!

It was PARADISE!!!

Villa Islita was perfect-It’s 6 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms were quite spacious for me and my family of 14 people!-Also the cooks provided wonderful ample breakfast and several dinners! Relaxing on the patio and enjoying the pool, day and night, with delightful weather for our enjoyment. We all enjoyed different excursions all week long—FUN!!

Casa Islita was everything we wanted in a vacation home for our group of 3 families (including 7 children aged 7-14). Mauricio was excellent at communication prior to the trip and during the trip. He helped set up transportation, day excursions, chef service and more. Mary Luz and Heiner made a beautiful breakfast each morning and made sure we had a clean house with everything we needed. The view was spectacular and the location was ideal. We could walk down the beach during low tide and the kids enjoyed playing in the sand. The short walk or golf cart ride to Langosta Beach club was an added bonus where we often enjoyed lunch and watched the sunset. We have rented many vacation homes over the years and this one tops the chart. We hope to come back soon!

Home Away From Home, But Better

This was our 6th stay at Casa Islita, and each visit is better than the last. The house management team is phenomenal and our kids talk about Heiner and Mary Luz all year long, dreaming about our next trip to Tamarindo. They have truly become our friends and we love to see them every year. They make the most delicious breakfast are just so kind and pleasant. Sandra, the management owner, is always so kind to stop by and make sure we are having a wonderful time. The home itself is stunning and so luxurious. The views are phenomenal and it is wonderful to have your own private beach area as well as a fantastic pool. The Tama Luxury team meets every need and the concierge, Mauricio, makes sure every need is met. We are always so sad to leave but know our next trip to Casa Islita is not too far away. You will never regret a stay at Casa Islita, I can’t recommend it enough.

Everything was wonderful for our week stay at Casa Islita. Mauricio the concierge helped with a lot of the planning prior to our trip, he helped set up the shuttles, golf carts, spa day with shuttle for the girls and our catamaran trip with shuttle along with dinner reservations. Once we were there he continued to help us with last minute reservations. We really enjoyed Dragonfly and Fish & Cheese for dinners. Mary Luz and Heiner arrived every morning and made the most amazing breakfasts, with fresh fruit. They were wonderful and kept everything in order. We all looked forward to breakfast everyday. Casa Islita is in a great location, we enjoyed early morning walks on the beach. The house is perfect for large groups as all 6 couples had private bedrooms/bathroom - with a large dining area, gathering room and kitchen. We spent most of our time enjoying the outside and in the pool. Access to Langosta Beach Club was great for the exercise room and morning yoga (Mauricio helped schedule for us). We all agreed this was the best trip. Highly recommend everything about this experience - top notch all the way!

FABULOUS--6 BEDROOMS, 6 AND A HALF BATHROOMS.. LARGE KITCHEN, LIVING ROOM AND DINING AREA, OVERLOOKING THE PATIO WITH AMPLE SEATING.--OVERLOOKING A LARGE RECTANGULAR POOL. AND BEYOND THAT A LARGE "DESERT" GARDEN-ALL OVERLOOKING THE OCEAN, WITH A FEW ADIRONDACK CHAIRS TO SIT CLOSER TO THE OCEAN.--MONKEYS, BIRDS, IGUANAS VISITED. THERE'S A WALKING PATH DOWN TO THE OCEAN, WHICH CONNECTS TO THE SANDY BEACH BRINGING US TO THE LEGOSTA BEACH CLUB--NOTE: THE PATH DOWN TO THE BEACH HAD NO RAILING, AND SINCE I'M A LITTLE OLDER WITH A BALANCE PROBLEM, I NEVER TOOK THAT PATH--BUT FOUND MY WAY TO THE BEACH CLUB BY WAY OF A 6-PASSENGER GOLF CART AT OUR DISPOSAL.THERE WERE 14 WITH ME AND MY FAMILY.--ALL OF THE LOCAL COSTA RICANS WE MET WERE VERY FRIENDLY, ACCOMMODATING AND HELPFUL. MANY OF MY FAMILY, INCLUDING MYSELF, HAD VISITED THIS VILLA BEFORE, AND WE WERE HAPPY TO RETURN! ALL OF THE STAFF WERE WONDERFUL,--FROM OUR KITCHEN HELPTO OUR CONCIERGE ., MAURITZIO. OUR COOKS MADE A WONDER FUL BREAKFAST FOR US EACH DAY. AND WHILE WE WERE ON OUR OWN FOR LUNCH, THAT WAS FINE SINCE MANY OF US HAD ENJOYED THE FULL BREAKFAST. WE ALSO OPTED TO HAVE OUR COOKS MAKE DINNER FOR US SEVERAL NIGHTS-AFTER A FULL DAY OF ACTIVITIES, WE WERE CONTENT TO STAY HOME AND NOT HAVE TO THINK ABOUT GETTING DRESSED FOR DINNER OR GO OUT TO DINNER, WHICH WE DID ONLY TWICE, TO WONDERFUL LOCAL RESTAURANTS, DRAGONFLY AND RED DOOR. The house was stunning. The property manager, Mauricio, was super attentive and invested in our experience. He handled all of the logistics when it came to booking experiences and our chefs. The chefs! I seriously contemplated putting one of them on payroll and bringing them home with me. Food was phenomenal. Our family will be doing this again. Thanks Casa Islita crew!

Beautiful Casa Islita in Tamarindo

Our family of 11 was so comfortable in the spacious Casa Islita. We never tired of the view of the bay. We enjoyed the easy walk to the amazing beach and took advantage of the services at Langosta Beach Club. Our daily breakfast was prepared by an incredible staff. We appreciated their warmth and friendliness. The beauty, safety, and all conveniences created a wonderful week in lovely Costa Rica!!

18th Birthday Trip for my Daughter

We had a wonderful stay at this property! 13 teenage girls and two parents… Perfect location just a short walk to the Beach Club. The house was very nicely appointed and the staff was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing property!

This home was wonderful! Beautifully appointed, meticulously clean, wonderful location and an amazing view of the bay dotted with boats. The house staff made scrumptious breakfasts and made sure we had what ever we needed. A short walk down the beach was Langosta Beach Club which was an additional feature we really enjoyed-especially the groups of monkeys that seemed to pass through during lunch time. We hated to leave this little slice of paradise!!

We had a great time in Costa Rica. Our concierge Andrea made sure all of our excursions, dinners and transportation were pre arranged making for a smooth schedule. We had a wonderful time at Casa Islita! Andrea was terrific and handled our transportation and dinner reservations! All of her recommendations were excellent! Mary Luz and Heiner were there everyday to make us a wonderful breakfast! They were fabulous and we enjoyed having them there looking after the house and grounds! It was great!!

Coolest Place in Tamarindo

This home has got to be the coolest place I have ever stayed at. The large open layout of the home with walkout directly to an amazing patio and pool is one of a kind. The meals were amazing and a great way to start the morning. Highly recommend the pancakes and french toast. It was phenomenal. Our concierge Mauricio was fast and efficient at scheduling and getting everything set up in a very timely fashion. (We requested mopeds for 7 the day after we arrived and they were delivered within an hour.) All in all, this place is a must for anyone who wants to really enjoy their stay in Tamarindo.

Paradise in Playa Langosta

Loved everything about this house. Andrea our concierge was extremely helpful setting everything up for us. Loved waking up every morning to an amazing fresh breakfast. Mary Luz was beautiful and a wonderful cook and house keeper. Anthony and Heiner were the best ! We can’t say enough about how this staff made our trip. The outside pool are was perfect for watching the birds and the beautiful beach. You can walk to the beach and into some restaurants. LOVED this vacation!!

Wonderful Vacation

The location was wonderful and convenient to town, especially with golf carts. We felt very safe in this community. We had 3 families with teens and had plenty of room inside and out. Having beach access with teens was also really great so they could come and go easily. The staff were so helpful and very courteous. The only downside were the other new homes nearby being built so there was construction noise during the day, but the property managers handled that in advance with us so we knew what to expect. By far the best vacation home we have rented so far and would love to come back!

Fabulous house for family vacation

Simply an incredible house, however the staff is what makes this a true luxury property. Coordination and daily support of our Concierge Manager, Andrea Hildago, was absolutely fantastic. She is amazing and her recommendations from cooking support to excursions were perfect. The house staff of Mary Lou and Heiner were exceptional. From a fabulous daily breakfast to maid service to house maintenance they were constantly appeasing my entire family. Andrea also arranged for a daily cooking team headed by Sandra…they have my highest recommendation for in house cooking option.

Great Property and AMAZING Staff!!!

We had two families together for spring break that totaled 13 people. The house had plenty of rooms/beds for everyone. Casa Islita is a beautiful home in a well located, gated community. We always felt safe, secluded from the craziness but also close to everything. Sandra (house manager) and Andrea (concierge) were SO helpful; we got so many recommendations and reservations through their network, our weekly itinerary was perfection. We had local chefs prepare dinner a few of the nights and it was outstanding. The staff at the house, Mary Lou and Heiner, were just wonderful. The house was always immaculate and they made the most amazing breakfast every morning. Sandra, Andrea, Mary Lou & Heiner...THANK YOU! Pura Vida!

Vacation/Reunion in a perfect location

As many have mentioned, this home is ideal for multiple families or multi-generational family stays. We were 6 couples and this home was ideal for our group as well. Each couple having their own on-suite provided both privacy and comfort, and the “great room” and outdoor living areas provided the communal areas to enjoy with each other. Morning coffee in the Adirondack chairs out on the bluff overlooking the Tamarindo Bay was a favorite pass time. We scheduled several in-home services - three dinners (one on arrival which I would highly recommend), yoga, and jewelry making. All exceptional. Mary Luz and Heiner are wonderful care takers - breakfast every morning, cleaning up after us, and even doing our laundry. We had one wheelchair bound guest in our group and the home was well suited being one level and with a few small changes would be perfect. Our concierge was changed mid-stream from Andrea to Mauricio, and he did an excellent job. He provided excellent recommendations for activities, probably the best being the day the gentlemen went sport fishing and the ladies went to the Altos de Eros Spa - both we would highly recommend.

Highly Recommend!

Not only do I highly recommend this property, but my entire group would also. You will not be disappointed. There were 14 adults in my group and the house had plenty of space for everyone. The home was beautiful and immaculate in every way, very clean. The decor inside of the house was attractive and the outdoor space was just as nice where the patio area was large enough for my group to be comfortable. We enjoyed the pool daily and the water was a nice temperature. There was also a great view of the beach, which was just a short walk/drive away. Finally, the house was in very close proximity to local restaurants, stores and shopping experiences. We rented golf carts and drove them daily to various locations. Andrea Hidalgo was my concierge manager and she was incredible! She had many great recommendations for food, excursions and nightlife. She was very professional, yet warm and welcoming, and her detailed communication is very thorough and quick. I felt comfortable knowing that she was always just an email or phone call away. We hired breakfast and dinner cooks who were also wonderful with the service and the food.

Amazing Vacation!!!

I can't say enough great things about this property and staff! From the time we booked and planned out trip, our concierge Andrea was amazing. We had multiple dinners at the home with local cooks and amazing chef's, excursions, table rental, decorations for a b.day party, and transportation...everything was seamless and planned perfectly! She made everything run smoothly and ensured the best options. The house itself is beautiful and in a perfect location. Close to Tamarindo with a quick beach walk or golf cart ride, but far enough to feel private and secluded. Its perfect for groups with the bedrooms being separated, each with their own restroom. It was up to date and well maintained. The outdoor area was perfect for hanging by the pool, yoga classes, and watching sunsets. We even had a family (or two) of monkeys come visit on our last night in the trees right in the back yard! The house staff was also excellent! Mary Luz made amazing breakfast every morning. She and Heinar kept the house clean and helped with anything we needed to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Our whole group keeps wishing we were back there ever since we came home. I can't wait to have the opportunity to return soon!
